I am 5'2", 15-years-old and use to weigh 264lbs or so i am now between 235-240lbs. I lost this weight over a 6 month period and it would fluctuate by about 3lbs. I have been eating healthier food and cut out all junk like chips, sugar and i will never touch soda again, my diet focuses on fish, veggies and brown rice and i workout as often as I can which is around 1-3 times a week and i walk about 2 miles a day but i noticed since I lost weight that it all came off my face and breasts with little from my stomach (problem area) and I now have wrinkles, stretch marks and saggy skin (arms, neck, breasts). How can I tighten the skin and reduce my pot belly and my thunder thighs?

Hi, I lost 10 pounds by working out 15-20 minutes everyday and eating healthier. I stopped eating foods like chips, ice cream, popcorn etc.

Hi, have started dieting two weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds since my problem is in changing my eating habbits everyday its a challenge because I dnt find myself stayning full long its hard to stop thinkn of food so much I try the cold water and fruit but it dnt last and thats not keeping me motivated but I dnt wanna give up . So my ? To is how have you trained your mind to stop craving food and sweets or is it somthing you eat or a pill you reccomend that will help my issue. thank you love this site .

Hi Adrian,

It's my second day following your workout, so understandably, I'm still struggling with it. :p Will there be a problem if I split up the 2 x 10 minute workout like this:

Morning = 5 minutes
Afternoon = 5 minutes
Evening = 7 minutes
Evening = 3 minutes

I do 5 minute stretches before starting each of those exercises. It's just that I get headaches if I go over 7 minutes. :(

Very grateful for any advice you can offer!

I never mute you out! I love hearing your encouragement in your vids!

Hi Adrian,
Thank you for all the useful information you make readily available for all of us to take in. I am 32 and weighed 380lbs about a year ago, I am now down to 314 but after hitting a plateau at 320 I finally broke it by trying calorie cycling but it looks like I'm at another frustrating plateau at 314 and I can't seem to break it. I work out with weights, cardio, crossfit and I play basketball once a week and league/tournament softball 3 times a week as well. So, I'm very active but for some reason I can't seem to loose anymore weight. Do you have any suggestions?

Hey Adrian, I'm 14 yrs. old and weight 164 lbs. I'd like to say thank you for your free advice, since i tried your treadmill walking workout, at first i thought it was a joke, but before i could even complete it, i was sweating so much and my heart beats more than what i usually have on some workouts.

I liked your treadmill walking workout and i always do it in the gym, but what i want to do is to do it in my house, but the problem is, our treadmill doesn't have incline, and is not recommended for running. So if walk if a fast pace, but not in incline like the workout states, will it be more effective than normal cardio but less effective than your workout?

Of course it will not be as effective if you are walking on a flat surface as opposed to an incline but you can do the workout longer (about 10 min longer than you are now) to get the same results

Hi, I gave birth via emergency c section 3 months ago. I lost 25lbs alone giving birth (baby,water&placenta) and have since lost a further 10lbs through dieting. My bf and I recently purchased a Livestrong elliptical 9.9e crosstrainer and I am working out for 30-45 mins a day using the interval, weight loss & reverse training programes.
How long do you think it will take for me to shift the last 18-20lbs if I work out at medium to high intensity burning 400 cala a session?
Also can you suggest any exercises that I can do to tone up my triceps and inside thigh muscles?

Adriane I am 23 years old and am looking to lose 30 pds in 30days for my virst vacation to the ocean!! I own a treadmill and currently have started doing two intervals of 15 mins of jogging with a sauna suit on~!. I am 17-years-old boy, and I have successfully lost like 30 pounds (from about 160 to now 135). My height is about 5'6". I am quite proud of the result, but I find my legs, thighs, butt and boobs still having many fats. I don't know what to do to lose those fats stored in these positions. What should I do?

Hi I'm Bobby,

I'm 26 going on 27. I used to run long distance, up to ten miles a day. Went through a rough break up and gained a ton of weight. I have never been skinny, but I now weigh close to 200 pounds and I am 5'10". Im Embarrassed about the way I look and would like to loose the weight and keep it off. I have great will power and know if I can find a plan of exercise and nutrition I can implement into my life I will be able to succeed. Having trouble finding the method to achieve my goal. I own p90x, but it is too intense for me to use as of now. I know it's bad to say, but I have never had one and I want one. I'm still young and handsome and I want my body to match my heart and spirit! Any help would be greatly appreciated. What plan can I use...also, I am so large I am worried about how my skin will look after I loose the weight. I have heard horror stories and I don't want to need any cosmetic surgery. Is there a way to do this safely within a year? Please help. I really need a second chance at living myself and being everything I can be.

Hello. I am 35 yr old female, 157. Small frame. Endomorph body type. Used to weight 196 but between diet and exercise have been able to shed. I am finding it harder as I am getting closer to my goal. I follow a low carb diet (per advise of my primary care doc and nutritionist.) I am comfortable with it. I eat a lot of veggies, lean meats, salads. Drink mostly water. No artificial foods/sugars or processed foods. I also am using Oxyelite Pro, take various supplements like Saf-Slim, Omega 3, Calcium, CLA. I work out 3 - 4 times a week running between 5 - 6 mph on treadmill. I strength train 45 mins 2 x a week. Any advice you can give to help will be greatly appreciated.
