Thanks much i received ur free dvd,,, i hadn't touched it 4 a while bt when i opened n did the 10 minute jumping jacks my legs especially my calves hurt soo much...ven't excercised in two days...is it ok to take a break when u hurt??

Hey Adrian,
Amazing information you have here. However, as anyone else this can be a brain overload. Last year I managed to lose about 65 pounds and this year I've only lost 5 pounds (started in January). I'm currently 5'2 and I weight about 158 pounds. I'm not sure how much more I need to lose weight to be fit so I' m going to keep going until I see the right fit for myself. However, what do you recommend as your workout plan/eating? If it isn't already clear I've hit a plateau and ultimately I'm trying really hard to get to 140 no specific date, but I feel like I can get there by August or Sept of this year. Any suggestions for food/workout plans? I know your site has a lot of them listed but I wanted to confirm with you before making any decisions since you're the expert here.

I'm female of 5"3 ,135 lbs and on your emergency diet plan to reduce 20lbs in 3-4 weeks.In work out m doing ski steps per your video for 10 mins and 2 times in a day.Is it sufficient ? In diet I'm taking 1200-1400 kacl approx.Can I expect the desired result in 4 weeks?

no and I really dont have any exercises for eliminating just love handle fat because to lose fat you need diet and exercise to lose fat all over and not in one spot so Use any 1 of the permanent weight loss plans here to get rid of saddlebags, love handles or any fat on your body

I would like to thank you for you dvd.
I received it almost a year ago and within the first 3 months I lost about 30 pounds.
At the time I weighed 187 pounds at 5'8.
I now weigh 145 pounds and have maintained it.
I have really gotten into exercising more and eating healthier thanks to your videos.

I'm 5'6 and 225 lbs. I have chronic migraines and find it difficult to exercise due to the fact that I am in pain nearly every day. I have about 3-4 days/month that I don't have a migraine. When I exercise hard, it increases the vascular flow of blood to the brain which makes it much more likely for a migraine to occur; this also makes it very difficult to exercise- if I don't have a migraine when I start exercise, the exercise causes a migraine. Do you have any suggestions on how to help me lose the weight that I so desperately want to lose? I want help and am open to ideas and suggestions from you.

Hi Adrian,
The advanced jumping jack and advanced bathroom workouts really helped me lose a lot of weight, but it never managed to get rid of the fat around my belly button.. What can I do? I've been doing this exercise for a long time, and I'm not losing weight anymore either, so I increased the time I workout. Is there any other workout I can do for my bottom belly area? I can't afford to spend a lot of time, and I don't have any equipment to workout with.

I'm 12 years old and 113 pounds! I'm usually 103! My goal is 100! I'm 5'3 and I want to lose 13 pounds this month before I go to my aunt's house dedication! My cousins use to make fun of me wen I was 11 because I was a little chubby. After exercising alot I became nice and lean! Now I don't want to be known as chubby!
