Hi Again Adrian.
Lets recap. I'm 5'1", 150lb female w/apple shape body. I have tried Atkins and lost 8lbs in 2 weeks...then plateau. Didn't lose the in the 3rd week so stopped.
Your ER plan would be preferred over Mastercleanse if I could truly lose 20lbs in 3-4 weeks. My uncertainty with the plan is that I may consome more than 1200 cals a day. (1200 was my requirement to lose 1-2 lbs per week)
i.e.
2 fruits/vegetables =100cal
soy protein shake = 100cal
after meal = 150-300cal
...4 times a day
If I follow the plan as described, it seems that I could consome between 1400 - 2000 calories per day!
(too many calories to lose 20lbs in 4weeks?)

Instead, could I drink Herbalife meal replacement shakes 2x a day + a meal to get faster results?
Herbalife requires I mix 2 scoops of powder (90 cals per scoop) with 1c. NF milk. This would make it about 270 calories.
2 times a day would be 540.
Plus a 300 cal meal for a total of 840 cal per day.
Which do you think will be most effective for me to lose 20lbs in 3-4 weeks?

p.s I will continue to do your fatburning excercises 3-4x a week.

you can use the herbalife shake in my plan but you really dont need to count veggie calories since they have a negative calorie effect anyways but your problem is FOCUSING too much on how you can starve yoruself into losing 20 pounds (which is okay) but also focus on doing the most intense workouts you can do to lose 20 punds b/c...

walking or riding a bike WILL NOT CUT IT! but...

Doing my plan or the master cleanse should get you to your goal and rememebr...

after eating veggies plus protein - you are only required to eat ZERO-to-300 calories afterwards

I'm 5'1 and 150lbs. I want to lose 20-30lbs in 30 days for upcoming event. How likely will I lose 30lbs using the Fast weightloss emergency plan? I am considering trying 1 of the following 3 plans, since I am desperate and need a guaranteed plan that will work. So, which of the following 3 plans do you think would work best?
1. Atkins
2. Master Cleanse
3. E.R. 3-4 week Fast weightloss plan

the master cleasne WILL WORK but you'll gain back everything you lost and more!

Mine should help lose at least 20 with a lesser chance of gaining your weight back

What shakes as far as weight loss shakes are good to dring for example slif fast; idk if thats a good one but just to give you an idea of what im talking about. And please inform me how often to drink them daily.

Any of those shakes are good and it's really no SET time to drink them but you should really only drink them if you don't have time to fix a solid meal and/or if you don't feel like eating a solid meal but generally...

about 1-to-2 shakes a day and slimfast, ensure or any whey or soy shake is good

Did you mean 200 calories, or 200 Calories (1 Calorie = 1000 calories)?

I would expect that if I were to drink some water at 5C, then my body will warm it to something like 30C - 37C, which is about body core temperature. That's a temperature rise of 25 - 30C (40F - 55F).

My back of the envelope calculation doesn't agree with this, so I wonder where I have gone wrong?

I get 11 Calories to to raise 64 oz by 40F, and 14 Calories to raise 64 oz by 55F.

I assumed one glass = 8 US fluid oz, so 8 glasses = 64 fl oz.

According to convertit.com, 1 fl oz = 0.0296L

So 64 fl oz = 64 * .0296 = 1.9L

200 calories = 200 * 4.17 = 834J
200 Calories = 200 * 4.17 * 1000 = 834kJ

By definition,

1J energy will raise 1mL water by 1 degree Celsius.

so
1kJ energy will raise 1L water by 1 degree Celsius.

By your numbers, if I apply 834J (200 calories) energy to 1.9L water, I will raise the water's temperature by 0.44C (~0.8F).

By your numbers, if I apply 834kJ (200 Calories) energy to 1.9L water, I will raise the water's temperature by 440C (~790F).

you got a little too technical for me but all I can say is...

don't complicate this - just drink water cold or room temperature and it'll do a lot to help in your weight loss efforts

Hello I am !3 years old and I want to lose my love handles I am skinny but I have little love handles and I hate them. But I am very active and I play basketball etc.... what can I do to get rid of my love handles plzz write back and help me I AM going to try and do you stuff so I can do what ever it takes to lose these things thank you byeeeee
