I am a mother of 3 handsome sons and a registered nurse. I will be 48yrs old on Jan 10. I am 330lbs atleast that was my last and most recent encounter with my home scale. I have a hour glass shape. I would love to get back to looking good naked.
Most of all, I would like to be Hypertensive free, live long and healthy enough to see and play with my future grand and great grandchlidlred. I can't seem to stay motivated or energetic enough to stick with a program. I even had my MD who I met me for the first time suggest that I do weight loss surgery. Surgery is a last option for me. I would rather lose the weight naturally because surgery is not a cure and all the risk that I am aware of.
Please help. I am really tired of being fat.
