oh, after losing my 5 pounds, i think i would stop doing tae bo. will i gain it back, even if i'm on a relatively healthy diet? since i just have those last 5 pounds to lose, i dont think i need to change the routine right? because i don't buy the videos, i watch them on youtube. i hula hoop for 30min about 3 times a week too. i was about 102pounds and then i dropped to 95 by jogging in 4months and now i have stopped losing even though i still jog.

I am 5'11" 175 pounds. I have a gut that I have trying to get rid of but cant. I road bike often, 40 miles a day at 19-22 miles per hour. I also lift weights 3 times a week. I do have a high metabolism and am always doing something. I do eat right for the most part, but once in a while eat what you shouldnt. How can I get rid of my gut once and for all.

Hey. I'm sixteen years old, 5'4'' and I weigh approximately 130 lbs. Is this weight ideal for my height? I have started to eat a lot healthier, drink LOTS of water and green tea, and work out almost everyday (cardio on treadmill/eliptical and yoga). According to this article here - The Fit N right does help you lose weight but I'm still skeptical only because I can't see a label listing all the ingredients.
You'd have to watch the amount of sugar contained in these drinks so if the sugar and calories are low - then it could be useful for weight loss

ya ive started to switch it up.. my diet isn't to harsh.. but i eat healthy.. no mcdonalds or ne type of fast food.. i drink water and gatorade no pop.. i recently purchased soy protein because im starting back on the weights again.. but my routine for losing that weight was usally monday through friday.. lift weights, jog a mile then ride the bike, then finish in the sauna
but right now my routine is lift just a little, run two miles walk about half mile.. then hit the eliptical for about 20 min then push ups sit ups, finishing in the suana with some bench dips.. i started at 225 and right now my weight is about 195/196 but it seems as if my motivation is getting kinda low.. thats the biggest problem really.. just the mental side

The main reason why you've stopped losing weight is probably because you've been the same workout over & over so...
The best thing you can do is change up your routine by doing different exercises and/or...
You could do the same exercise but increase the intensity or time you spend doing it but usally..
All you have to do is change up your exercise but...
