Dear Adrian,

I don't know what to do anymore. I have a five year old son. I just completed college. I'm way over weight, but I keep saying I don't want to be this person. I was in the exact position as you. But I told myself I'm doing this for me not for no one else. Didn't matter if I was dripping sweat, making noises while working out, I know that I was getting the outcome that I wanted for myself not for no one else. Don't do it for no one even if it means working out by yourself do it for your health to make you feel good.your only motivation should be your son do it for him so you can be around more with him.

I have 3 boys who were all over 8 lbs. I just stopped breastfeeding my now 6 month old. As a result of letting myself go, I weigh 193 lbs. I've already lost 20 lbs while breastfeeding drinking 1-2 whey protein shakes a day and 2 meals, including fruits and veggies. I love drinking fresh green smoothies, but I can't seem to get my butt to exercise. I'm at home caring for the 6 month old and a 3 yr old. The little one still wakes up throughout the night, so I'm not getting quality sleep. I'll be 38 on New Years and want to start the year looking slim and fit. I'm not looking to have the body when I was a teen.

Diet soda is actually worse for you than reg. soda is. I almost completely quit soda, maybe 1-2 a week now. Added tea instead, just got to make sure that it doesn't have the corn syrup in it.

I just purchased me a stationary bike an Schwinn 170 upright, a Kneed-it which is suppose to support my knees and relief the pain, I have arthritis in my legs knees that is extremely painful at times. I am 50 years old 5ft 6in tall I weight 195 as of today. I can not even touch my toes which is sad. Hello i recently gave birth about 2 and a half months ago and i gained a enormous ALMOST 30kgs i was 60kg and then in the first two months of pregneancy i dropped 10kg beacuse i was throwing up so much ,so that means i was 50kg then i gained weight back again and went up to 83kgs at the end of my pregneancy and now im at 70kgs I look thinner and everything but MY NUMBER ON THE SCALE JUST WONT GO DOWN! ive been eating so much less and i walk everyother day or i workout sometimes like once a week or two times and i do stuff around the house alot which means im moving. but my weight just wont go down and I cant get ride of these stubborn love handles and my arms are just so huge,do you think this as they say took 9 months to get here will take 9 months to get back to your shape? My thighs are just so huge and my arms and love handles and i just want it all to go down i mean ive always had pretty thick thighs but now there ENORMOUS and im 5feet 5 inches .please telll me what am i doing wronggg ive totally cut down my calories eating SOO MUCH LESS and i dont know what else to do !!
