Hello i recently gave birth about 2 and a half months ago and i gained a enormous ALMOST 30kgs i was 60kg and then in the first two months of pregneancy i dropped 10kg beacuse i was throwing up so much ,so that means i was 50kg then i gained weight back again and went up to 83kgs at the end of my pregneancy and now im at 70kgs I look thinner and everything but MY NUMBER ON THE SCALE JUST WONT GO DOWN! ive been eating so much less and i walk everyother day or i workout sometimes like once a week or two times and i do stuff around the house alot which means im moving. but my weight just wont go down and I cant get ride of these stubborn love handles and my arms are just so huge,do you think this as they say took 9 months to get here will take 9 months to get back to your shape? My thighs are just so huge and my arms and love handles and i just want it all to go down i mean ive always had pretty thick thighs but now there ENORMOUS and im 5feet 5 inches .please telll me what am i doing wronggg ive totally cut down my calories eating SOO MUCH LESS and i dont know what else to do !!

also, if im eating less than the calorie that you recommended, which is at least 1500 to 2000, would that be safe or effective? as of my counting, i only consume at least 750 calories, that if im correct.

my diet includes

breakfast
coffee with cream
bread

lunch
1 cup of rice
any dish(fish/meat/vege)

dinner
35g instant oatmeal

and whole lot of water

right now, im doing this for at least 3 weeks but only notice a 2 pound lost, am i doing it right?

HI I am 22 years old. I am 5 foot 2 inches. I currently weigh 350 lbs. I have tried everything. My husband and I have cut out soda, sugary drinks, processed foods, and we work out every day for at least 45 mins. Then I am constantly running up and down the stairs at work. like 13-15 times in less than 2 hours. I do not eat red meat and cannot have any kind of sea food or fish. I am not sure what I can do anymore. I have gotten to the point where I feel disgusted with my self.

I totally know what you mean,. I love soda and have a hard time drinking water, especially because I love the caffine. But I started drinking crystal light and I love it, I hardly crave soda and the great thing is the flavors are awesome and some even have caffine :-). So i'd give that a try.

I'm 34 5,3 and currently 6 months pregnant with my second child at 170. Pre-pregnancy weight was. 153 . However with my first pregnancy I gained. 80 lbs abd was only able to lose 60 of those pounds till I got pregnant again. I don't want to gain another 80lbs and blood pressure was a risk at the end of my first pregnancy. I don't eat as much as I did with my first. Currently I'm walking between 2 and 2.5 miles 5 days a week. I want to stay healthy for the remaining of my pregnancy.
