I am 50 years of age, slim 5,3 weight around 9st. I am wanting to tone rather than lose weight, but my down fall is sweet things. when i have had a meal i crave for a biscuit.

i workout by doing spinning and body conditioning but only twice aweek, which i need to increase.
I have the celulite look around my arm, stomach and top of legs that i need to get rid off! can you give me any tips?
