I am 5'2 im currently at 124 lbs and trying to reach 130. I've been drinking ensure and adding healthy food into my diet, I've also been working on my stomach to get the right abs for about 1month. I did lose a little weight but its taking a really long time and I'm not huge but I'm not sure what else I can do. I also have a high metabolism which means I have to eat alot to gain the weight. And I can also lose weight very quickly. But I don't want to get skinny again just want to lose my belly fat. Do you think the CLA would help?

Hi my name is Christina i had a baby 18 months ago before i had my child i weighed about 113 and am 5.2 i have pcos and i take metformin for pcos.During my pregnancy i got up to 160 Pretty heavy and after i had my daughter i lost little bit of weight each month but now i am stuck at around 130 really would love to get to my old weight i know alot of people probably thinking shes fine the way she is but i am not doing this for people i am doing this cause i always hated my body and how i feel and look at myself even before i had my daughter.I have tried diet pills such as Alli,Lipo 6,Quick trim, A few others only pill i noticed was alli gave me few side effect so i know it worked but as you can see there to expensive to keep buying i now pretty much drink slim fast powder shake was mixing it with 1% but then switched to mixing it with water bottles i don't eat bunch of junk food drink lots of water bottles and coffee(i do add 4 splenda's and half and half each cup probably 3 cups a day) besides that maybe a small diner meal.Still no weight loss. I do eat fruit once in awhile been eating salad.I tried past week doing stand up crunches cause i have a belly and seems like the crunches look like its making me look bloated even more and bigger from the side.I can't go to the gym or treadmill or nothing expensive.I do take exlax 2 pills twice a day cause if i don't take them i don't go to the bathroom really and i feel like that cleans me out more then without it.What do you think of all this tell me what i am doing wrong seems like i eat fine drink lots of water i really don't know.I don't want to gain mucsle until i lose weight I hate my body i have two butts in one now huge love handles huge belly nasty arms.Please help

I recently lost 35 pounds on a low calorie, clean diet. I need to lose 15 more. I'm scared to death that I will gain some weight back & I'm also seeing my weight loss slow down a little bit. I have some CLA/ Tonalin 1000mg. Do you think i would benefit from taking it? Directions say 4000mg per day : 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch. I also started Raspberry Ketones. Not sure if they are a legit. supplement. (these last pounds to lose are belly/flank/hips area. Thoughts?

I just ran across your website and would like your opinion on where to start. I have no health problems other than bad knees and am waiting for kinee replacement. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 17 years ago. I have been struggling with my weight since I was 19 years old. I have done probably every diet out there and have little to no results. The only diet that did help me lose weight was the HCG diet. I don't want to go back on that diet because I lost ALL of my muscle tone and gained all the weight back and then some. For the last 3 months I have been eating well and excersing 3 to 4 times a week. I have put on 10 lbs while doing this and am getting VERY frustrated!!! I eat low calorie food and snacks, salads and have cut way back on carbs. My stomach is my worst problem. I feel very bloated all the time! I have even been asked several times if I am pregnant. I see that a couple of people here have PCOS and am interested in finding out they the lost the weight. Having PCOS in itself has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. The symptoms are horrible and the fatter I get the worse the symptoms get. If anyone has any suggestions..PLEASE let me know.

Have you had your thyroid function tested?
This sounds like what happened to me. I was dieting and working out like a demon and still gaining weight. I found out I had Hypthyroidism. I got on medication and have lost over 50lbs with little effort. It might be worth checking out.

NO - when you lose weight you will lose weight all over but in your case most of your fat loss will be from the upper part if that is where most of your fat is stored

I am 50 years of age, slim 5,3 weight around 9st. I am wanting to tone rather than lose weight, but my down fall is sweet things. when i have had a meal i crave for a biscuit.
i workout by doing spinning and body conditioning but only twice aweek, which i need to increase.
