Hi I am 270lbs.I have to lose at least 70lbs. By May 5, 2016. This is six months help please.

I've always ran & did heavy weight lifting in the military after retiring I gained 24 pounds. I have lost 10 pounds but my last 14 pounds I just can't. I run at 5.5 for 45 mins and walk about 4 miles in the evening still nothing. Im a female 5 4" weighting 151. My target is to get to 138 in 5 weeks.

I am 31 year old female trying to lose weight. I am vegetarian but i eat eggs. I need to lose 40 pounds. I am 175 pounds and 5 feet 5 inc. Please advise what routine should i follow. I want to have a flat belly.

First of all, thank you for you work, it's fantastic!
I'm 34 y.o. now, my height is 5.6, and I weight 201 pounds.
Until I was 23 or so I practiced a lot sports, and I was in pretty good shape. At that time my weight was 160. I think it was ok 'cause my morphology is not skinny but strong (wide shoulders, tonned muscles,etc.).
In this ten years I began running for two to three months in each years in order to lose weight (and also for the sake of enyoing it), which I could lose quite fast (but I was not constant enough), so I can get relativily easy back into a reasonable shape to exercice a bit hard.
What would be your advice? I would like to go back to my 160 pounds as fast as possible with mild-to-hard exercices (at home and/or by running outside).

im 5,5 205 lbs 15 years old trying to lose alot of weight i have a school schedule from monday-friday i need a good schedule or a workout after school and during school i have to lift weights for 50 minutes straight i dont know if thatll affect my body weight loss also need a good diet

I am 25 5'2 and 194, after having my second child i am really struggling getting the pounds off. I really like my lower body, shapley hips, thighs, and booty but my upper body as far as stomach and arms I hate, what would you reccommend? I feel like i have a hard time getting and staying motivated....

I'm 5'5 and weigh 170 lbs. I have a gut and all the fat seems to be at the very bottom of my belly. What exercise can I do to really fatten my stomach? Also I want to lose the extra roll on my back. Please help! Thanks.

Adrian, I am 5'10" and 188 pounds. How do I think and tone out all over? Also, I can't seem t find that certain motivator to keep me going. How can I find something?

What other exercises can I do at home if I dont have equipment like dumbbells and tread mills and stuff that will still make me lose wait. i am a female and I am 5ft5 250lbs Im trying to be 175 by September.

All my life l've had a fat neck,even when I was skinny. It's extra layers around it.What are some exercises that I can do to make it thinner and appear longer. I've heard the little neck machines don't really work.

I would appreciate your guidance on walking as an exercise to lose weight, since that is what I am following for now. I am 163 pounds and 5'4". Planning to come down to 120 pounds.
Could you give me an idea about interval walking? I have heard that it can help people lose weight and fast.
