I am 48 years old, female, approximately 5'9' and I weigh 141 lbs. I am looking to lose body fat and put on muscle but I'm not sure what my caloric intake should be. I'm not looking to lose weight but I'm looking to exchange the fat for muscle but stay around the same weight, if possible.

I have been on an extreme plan to lose weight since Jan 2015. Weighing 270 starting and now down 245, with my last weigh in on April 13, 2015.

I workout 7 days a week using your videos on line.
I recently saw your diet plans according to my weight and the calories that I need to take in a day. I'M AFRAID I will be eating to much.
