hi, maybe you can guide me please, i am a 36yo man very active, crossfit 5 days a week and some random weights, i am at 14bf aprox, my height is 6"1 and weight 195, my goal is to drop the bf to 10 without getting slow on energy while crossfiting.

Hey adrian, im 14 years old and im a skinny fat person with some fat on my stomach, i Just want to find a very basic meal plan 2200-2600 diet plan that has a decent ammount of carbs and protein and only 1 whey protein drink a day. if you could help me then it would be much appreciated thanks
