Hi man, I'm 16 years old, I weigh 112 pounds and my height is 5"6
I want to gain muscle mass and I need a diet
My ideal calories per day should be 2300
56% carbohydrate, 21% protein, and 25% healthy fats
I have struggled badly to build a daily diet
I workout 3 days a week
I need help please
this would mean a lot!!

I am 48 years old, female, approximately 5'9' and I weigh 141 lbs. I am looking to lose body fat and put on muscle but I'm not sure what my caloric intake should be. I'm not looking to lose weight but I'm looking to exchange the fat for muscle but stay around the same weight, if possible.

I am 40 years old 5'1 and 168 I have recently started a workout with squats and will implement walking at least 5 miles a day 3x per week as best I can. I am also about to do a detox just to start things off. I am looking to lose weight any helpful workout and diet tips will be much appreciated!!

I have been on an extreme plan to lose weight since Jan 2015. Weighing 270 starting and now down 245, with my last weigh in on April 13, 2015.
I workout 7 days a week using your videos on line.
I recently saw your diet plans according to my weight and the calories that I need to take in a day. I'M AFRAID I will be eating to much.
Can you please help me with losing 50 more pounds?

hi, maybe you can guide me please, i am a 36yo man very active, crossfit 5 days a week and some random weights, i am at 14bf aprox, my height is 6"1 and weight 195, my goal is to drop the bf to 10 without getting slow on energy while crossfiting.
