If you're still losing weight doing what you're doing now - keep doing that but if you reached a point where you can't lose weight anymore Look at how to break out of a weight loss plateau but first...

i have been eating right for three weeks and i been walking alot i mean from my job to my house 52 st. 7 ave - 112 st. 2 ave. (NYC).. anyway i been on da ab lounge three times a week and at frist i weighed 240 now im 226 is there advice u can give me mind u i have a 2 yr son, so i am always runing after him. i just want to lose my belly and my pouch what is the best thing for me to do n my thunder thighs. hopefully u can answer me.
