Hello Adrian,

I want to lose about 10 pounds by the end of June. I am currently 162 and 5"5. I carry most of my extra weight in my arms which has been very stubborn for me to get rid of. I am currently doing your 10 min jumping jack video and cardio or kickboxing on my demand channel. I wanted to know how many times should I do the jumping jack video and also should I use weights during losing the arm fat and other fat. Or weight to tone when I get to my goal weight which is around 155-150. Also what arm exercises do you recommend and sets and days to do them.

Hi... Im.a 35 year old police officer. I will be getting married in December 2012... Less than 40 days away... I want to go to the extreme and loose maybe 20 pounds in 30-40 days. but after that id like to continue loosing to get my body totally in shape. Hi Im now 18 years old ,5'9, 165lbs. in 5th grade I weighed 115 and in 8th grade I was at 190. My biggest was 220. I feel much better but I know I have more room for improvement I still have arm fat and stretchmarks, smaller but still visible moobs(man boobs), and lower belly fat and stretchmarks. So far I don't really have loose skin because I have been gaining muscle with 3mile walks a few days a week, pushups situps squats, etc at home no weight excerises. But I do worry that at this point I won't gain more muscle and when I lose the weight I will be left with lose skin

I'm a pure ectomorph... 19 years old. 152lbs. around 6'-6'1. Been working out for about a year on and off. Can you give me advice on bulking? Do I have to cut at all or can I bulk all year long until my goal weight which is 180-190 lbs.. I've cut my cardio to as limited as I can get it as a basketball player.. But I need muscle and fat.

Hi Adrian,

One of my goals is to lose 37,4 lbs. At the moment my weight is 169,4 lbs, i already lost 6,6lbs. My other goal is to build a big butt, the bigger the better, but i dont want it to look musculine, i want it look soft and like a bubble. And also get a slim upperbody, with small waist, slim arms and back. When i gain weight the fat accumulates in my breasts, stomach, arms, thighs and my back. so i dont need big breasts, i only want them to lift because they are really big and if i lose weight they will become saggy.

My question is: what do you think will be the best approach for me when it comes to reach my goals? Should i lose the weight first with intense interval training en cardio and later start building muscle or should i begin with your perfect body plan right away?
