I started eating more healthy a month ago and walking on tredmill I have lost 13 pounds i walk a mile a day and on sundays i rest mondays i push it to 3 miles with 2 1.5 mile walks I am not eating no red meats just turkey fish and chicken no carb drinks i pick things from your list of foods but feel i am not getting enough fiber in my diet what can i take besides a multi vitamin to help progress my weight loss thank you i am 5ft4 was 253 now 240
