Hello... I'm a female 37 I weigh around 230-235 I know I'm an emotional eater and I carry the weight of the world and I know this shouldn't be. I've tried many times to lose weight and I'm ready but have trouble with motivation and staying focused on myself. Any suggestions?

Hi! I'm 18 years old (almost 19, weight around 168 lbs and 5"2.. I'm taking break from college and really inactive (mostly spend my time on the internet), I'm in intermitten fasting (almost 3 weeks) I eat at 1 pm and stop at 7 pm, lately I have no interest to eat at all and start stressing about my calories -- I consume shake (which is 80 cal) about 2 - 3 times a week and eat one meal (but really low calories) everyday -- I think total calories I eat everyday not reach 1000 cal. Honestly I don't want to do exercise... is my habit slower down my metabolism? What should I do? Should I eat more? - I try to do your 10 min exercise but I only lasted for 3 min! (what a loser -_-)... I want to get to my ideal weight in 3 months before my break over. Help!

don't get into the habit of "thinking" you know your exact calorie amount and start tracking so you'll KNOW for sure if you are eating 1000 or not

Hey! I am 125-130 (pounds? I'm not sure-either way i'm not overweight nor underweight) and am turning 16 in January. I want to lose about 25 (pounds?) by this spring-in April, in 5 months. I do have access to a gym, but I never use it. I'm a woman, so I don't want muscles, just a great, thin body for a dress. I can't stop myself from eating less, unfortunately, and when I start, I usually can't stop until i'm full/satisfied.Which diet should I use? And how do I keep this diet/keep myself from cheating? Hi Adrian! I must say I'm obsessed with this website but as many others are, I'm a tad confused as to what plan I should use. I gained a lot of weight and I'm trying to lose but I need help. I'm 13 5'6 and 194 pounds. I want to be at a healthy weight. So is love to lose at least 50 pounds? I just don't want it to take a year. I also forgot to mention that i have 'muffin top' belly fat and love handles to get rid of. I dont want to have visible six packs, I just want to have a thin waist and flat stomach. In doing all of this i dont want to lose too much from my curves and buttocks area. Like having an hourglass body if that is possible.

I am female, 55 years old, my weight 62 kg my height is 4.11ft.
I am diabetic but I don't take any medicine, I just control with a healthy diet, my blood sugar is fine.
I have been watching what I eat for quite some times now and trying to loose weight for a couple of months. My weight doesn't seem to go down. I eat healthy and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I do of one hour cardio sessions and weights aswell. I have a knee spurn so any exercises with kicking or jumping is difficult for me.
I was thin until 30 years of age until I gave birth to my last child, I developed a large stomach which is mostly skin I think. My arms and legs are quite thin and toned, but my main problem is my stomach, no matter what I do, I can't seem to loose it.
What can I do?

What would you recommend for a 53 year old female to tone and lose weight? In very good health with no restrictions. Present weight is 205. Height 5'6". Been doing your DVD and have went from 221 to 205 in 2 months. Want to start toning but need a good routine to do in the gym thats appropriate for my build and age. What to you recommend. Hi Adrian. I love your site but can't figure out which program/plan is best for me. I am 5'4, 140lbs, 33 yrs. I go to the gym about 5-6 days a week for about an hour each day. Most people say I'm skinny but the truth is my legs are flabby (that's what I focus on when in the gym) and my stomach is a bit pudgy though most people can't tell because my clothes cover it (with clothes on, I have a nice shape). I would like to tone my legs/butt and my stomach but don't want to lose weight. Can you tell me the best way to achieve this?

I'm 16 years old (150lbs and 5,74 ft) and I started going to the gym 3 months ago because I'll be doing some modeling jobs. In the gym they made a nutrition and fitness plan so I could achieve my goals, but I'm only gaining muscle but not losing fat.
Could you recommend me a plan so I can loose the last 11 to 15 lbs until september? Nutrition and exercises, if possible with the gym machines. It's kinda urgent, so don't bother if the plan is a bit extreme
