I was wondering how many calories I need to eat a day, I am 16 (male) 143lbs and moderate activity level. I am trying to lose a few more pounds in order to get abs. My goal is 5 more pounds. I do cardio on a exercise bike 3-4 times a week and I have been eating 1500-1700 calories a day. Will not eating enough calories mess up my growth or anything, I want to have abs by the time I go to the beach in 2 weeks, how many calories should I eat in order to get abs. Thanks

Hi Adrian!
Long time follower here :). I had my second child 4 mo ago and I'm looking to shed about 30 lbs. I've already lost 35 with a combo of diet and exercise but now I'm flabby. The problem is is I'm just SOOO confused about incorporating strength training into my cardio. I currently do a 30 min HIIT workout about 3 days a week but I have no clue where to start with sculpting (ie one day arms, next day lower body, next day back...do I do it before or after cardio? Sheesh!). I'm looking to not spend forever in the gym each time too... Maybe an hr max since I have a 3 yr old as well and I work. I'm just spread thin. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

try to do your cardio last but do this butt workout and this arm workout 1-2 times per week for toning but as for the flab you have...

that is just more fat you need to lose so doing the weights will firm and tighten but doing the diet and cardio you are now is what will mainly destroy the flab

Hi Adrian, My name is Marie and I live in London. I am turning 30 on the 23rd of April (in 1 week exactly) and will be celebrating my birthday with my family and my boyfriend in Brussels. I would like to get into this fabulous yellow tight fitted dress and fit in it comfortably, I would therefore need to lose just a few pounds fast!!! I am a curvy 5'5 and weight 11.5 stones. My main problem area right now is my midriff, I have a little bulge! (but my long term goal is to have a flat stomach and reduce the size of my thighs and get toned up all over :)) What is the best diet for me, even to lose just 5 lbs? I am not eating any bread, pasta or rice and focusing on veg, fish and poultry....although bread is my guilty pleasure :( Any advise will be welcome. Thanks.

Hey Adrian!
I'm a 16 year old guy who gain 15 lbs since September. Now the Summer is approaching and I'd like to lose those 15 pounds until June.
I've been doing exercise 5 times a week for at least 30 min, plus 2 hours per week of Karate lessons and I've been trying to keep a healthy diet and drink 70 oz of water.
I started this plan last month but I still didn't lose any weight.

Hi,

I am 5'1" and around 200-210 lbs. I am 19 years old and I've been overweight for more than half my life. Recently, I have been exercising only three times a week doing cardio and strength workouts at night on the Nike training game for the kinect for about 30 minutes each time. I'd like to get back down to at least 130-140 lbs before next January, or even better by Dec/Nov. Would that be possible for me? I also do not have much time as I am a busy college student with an almost full-time job. I also do not own a treadmill or any exercise equipment. I appreciate your advice!
