I'm 20 going on 21 in three months, I'm 5'5 and 280 pounds. My coworker told me about your site and I decided to check it out because I had been trying to lose this weight. When I first started working, I was getting smaller but, now my body has gotten used to everything. So glad I have come across this website!
I'm a soon to be 44 year old woman and stand at 5' 3" tall. My current weight is 247 lbs.
Although I have been on the heavier side most my life I could say up until 6 months ago I was quit flexible and my weight never affected the physical parts of my everyday life - however now things have changed and my mobility has significantly decreased.
I realize I can't continue with this lifestyle!

Got your DVd in the mail yesterday and i am going to start using it tonight, when i can be noisy. Thank you very much for providing me with this DVD.

I wanted to know, can you help me out a bit? I am a 35 year old male, and i weight about 240 now. I am very muscular, but the fat just seems to stick on me. I don't have much cardio stamina, and i am looking towards losing about 40-60 Lbs. I tried a diet about 3 years ago, I lost 65 lbs (from 270 - 205) but that took ages and it was kind of a strict diet, which you won't believe it, managed to even make my relationship with my GF wear thin (pardon the pun). With all the stress and the bad schedule at work (night shifts, sitting in front of a computer) and yes a lot of comfort food, I gained back about 25-30 Lbs.

Anyways, do you have an idea on how I could lose what i gained back, and more if possible, (my goal is about 180) kind of fast... What should i do without feeling deprived and having the best for my body? i don't want to make myself sick out of wanting to be in better shape, like most fad diets do.

Hi! I'm 18 years old (almost 19, weight around 168 lbs and 5"2.. I'm taking break from college and really inactive (mostly spend my time on the internet), I'm in intermitten fasting (almost 3 weeks) I eat at 1 pm and stop at 7 pm, lately I have no interest to eat at all and start stressing about my calories -- I consume shake (which is 80 cal) about 2 - 3 times a week and eat one meal (but really low calories) everyday -- I think total calories I eat everyday not reach 1000 cal. Hello Adrian,

I am female, 55 years old, my weight 62 kg my height is 4.11ft.

I am diabetic but I don't take any medicine, I just control with a healthy diet, my blood sugar is fine.

I have been watching what I eat for quite some times now and trying to loose weight for a couple of months. My weight doesn't seem to go down. I eat healthy and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I do of one hour cardio sessions and weights aswell. I have a knee spurn so any exercises with kicking or jumping is difficult for me.

I was thin until 30 years of age until I gave birth to my last child, I developed a large stomach which is mostly skin I think. My arms and legs are quite thin and toned, but my main problem is my stomach, no matter what I do, I can't seem to loose it.

What can I do?

Hi Adrian. I love your site but can't figure out which program/plan is best for me. I am 5'4, 140lbs, 33 yrs. I go to the gym about 5-6 days a week for about an hour each day. Most people say I'm skinny but the truth is my legs are flabby (that's what I focus on when in the gym) and my stomach is a bit pudgy though most people can't tell because my clothes cover it (with clothes on, I have a nice shape). I was wondering how many calories I need to eat a day, I am 16 (male) 143lbs and moderate activity level. I am trying to lose a few more pounds in order to get abs. My goal is 5 more pounds.
