Hi Adrian, i love this site. you've answered a question for me once. Here's another one. I run at 4.5 mph on the treadmill for about 30 min. I can run 2 miles in 28 min. I know this really sucks. This is what i ran about 30lb lighter in the army before i got my run up to 2 miles in 17 min. How can i get my run back at 2 miles in 17 min. I'm really trying to lose weight and know that i can, just need to do more. I take kickboxing, power, and centergry class and my gym. Should i also take the riding class? I also run on the days that i take these classes. I'm really trying to lose 30 lbs. HELP I only eat sweets, maybe a slice of cake once a week and only drink water.
To get better at running - just keep at it and dont quit - it's really that simple and there is no magic training advice other than that.
Having cake once a week is fine.
I know you want to lose weight fast but be smart (only you know how much you can take) so don't start off trying to run a marathon everyday.
Just know that by you asking questions and doing what you're doing now is MORE THAN enough to reach your goal so I dont thinkyou need to add an extra riding class
is eating tofu for protein.. gonna make me get fat or increase estrogen levels in my body? or can i eat it, but not that much?
i eat a wide variety of protein like, whey, white meat, fish, eggs, everyday.. but tofu like once a month...
im 5'10 146lbs 23years
tofu once a month is not going to hurt your goals
yea.. im eating it once a month... cause i heard it can make things bad... but how much of it could i eat in a month? the maximum permissible quantity? 
there is no "maximum allowed" number but if you have doubts about it - just avoid it but like I said...
Once a month or maybe even 3 times a month will not hurt your goals
