Hey adrian

I don;t have a gym membership and work out at home. I have searched your website and looked at your chest and arm building plans. A lot of you workouts for chest include gym equipment that i can't access apart from your three chair push-up vid. I have access to a bar where i do pull and chin ups at home, and i have some weight plates i use for resistance when doing push ups. However i feel i am limited to what i can do and am wondering how I can get an intense workout for my chest and arms at home with a bar, and some weight plates in a bag? An example workout i did once that i saw from the site was pull ups 3-8 reps, switch straight to chin ups 3-8 reps, and do that 5 sets. I did that once and i don;t think it was intense enough though it got harder every set to do the workout. Please provide some suggestions or wokrout regime?

you just need to keep on making your workouts more intense by finding more ways to add more weight or resistance to your workouts

Hi, I'm 22 weiging 80k I just lost 18k in past 6 months, but when nakered I don't good as my breast r still big and body doesn look good.. Any ideas without to much work??

Hey Bryant,

I am 34 155lbs and 5'9, pretty well built but need to define my muscles. My nipples sometimes look fatty, except when I'm cold. Is there any way to cure this? Can I build up and define the muscles in my lower pecs?

Hi Adrian! I live in NC and i used to weigh 180 last year now with school, work, & home stress i weigh 260 and I hate it soooo much. Like most people i didn't notice i was gaining so fast but i could tell a difference in my clothes. I really got a slap in the face when a coworker asked if i was preggo! My highest weight was 320 in 2001 i was only 18. now at 27 I never want to be that size again. I am new to your site and youtube videos and I wanted to know if you take and supplements or have a specific diet plan for women?

Hey, I love your videos and I just want to know which workout or what to do that is right for me.

I'm 17 years old, and anywhere between 6'0-6'2. I am now about 200-205 pounds. I'm in pretty good shape, I work out regularly. I currently bench 215-220, and squat 290-300. So I think I would have a pretty ripped body if I lost the fat that's hiding it. I'm pretty sure it's only about 10-20 pounds of fat, and I want to get rid of it by August or as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

Hi Adrian, i love this site. you've answered a question for me once. Here's another one. I run at 4.5 mph on the treadmill for about 30 min. I can run 2 miles in 28 min. I know this really sucks. This is what i ran about 30lb lighter in the army before i got my run up to 2 miles in 17 min. How can i get my run back at 2 miles in 17 min. I'm really trying to lose weight and know that i can, just need to do more. I take kickboxing, power, and centergry class and my gym. Should i also take the riding class? I also run on the days that i take these classes. I'm really trying to lose 30 lbs. HELP I only eat sweets, maybe a slice of cake once a week and only drink water.

To get better at running - just keep at it and dont quit - it's really that simple and there is no magic training advice other than that.

Having cake once a week is fine.

I know you want to lose weight fast but be smart (only you know how much you can take) so don't start off trying to run a marathon everyday.

Just know that by you asking questions and doing what you're doing now is MORE THAN enough to reach your goal so I dont thinkyou need to add an extra riding class

is eating tofu for protein.. gonna make me get fat or increase estrogen levels in my body? or can i eat it, but not that much?
i eat a wide variety of protein like, whey, white meat, fish, eggs, everyday.. but tofu like once a month...
im 5'10 146lbs 23years

there is no "maximum allowed" number but if you have doubts about it - just avoid it but like I said...

Once a month or maybe even 3 times a month will not hurt your goals
