Hey i have a question im 18 years old 316 pounds i just bought me a everlast punching bag. do you have any exercises i can do with the heavy bag instead of the dumbbells i dont have any.
Also if i do your workout 2 times a day before i wake up and after work i work from 2:30-11pm. With my punching bag how much weight do you think i would lose. Im trying to drop atleast 70 pounds by june.

I have been running and working out for about 3 months and have seen a little improvement. I am a college student and have to use my time wisely. But I would really like to make sure my time is used wisely and gain as much muscle as I can during each workout. I workout about 4 times a week and run about 3 times a week, yet the results aren't as satisfying as I thought. Now I do not have a diet plan because I am forced to eat cafeteria food, but I do have a whey protein shake after each workout. So my question is, would a diet meal plan be the missing link to my unsatisfactory muscle gain?

Hi Adrian I am 44f and I'm 5'3 and 275lbs I decided it's time to lose weight ,my husband say's if I'm sore I should take a day off , do I or should I try to work out threw it. I also wanted to know if you have more work out video's My goal is to get to 140 and I know it will take time. I'm counting calories and I've cut out sodas all together what else could you suggest?? I'm a 16 year old female who is 5'7 and I weigh 220lbs and I'm very unhappy with myself. I want to get down to 175lbs/160lbs as quick as possible (yes I know it takes time, I will be patient) I am not active but have recently begun eating healthier, counting calories, I'm doing 1240 calorie count and putting color in my meals. I'm also getting in 30 min workouts a day with this nike training workout app and at least 30-60mins of cardio on my stationary bike. Is this the right workout for me to do daily? Should I be on a different workout plan?
I want to meet the Newly Improved Me, I just need to know the right path!!

Hi, I currently weigh 190Ibs and I am around 5'4 my goal weight is 140Ibs how long do you think It would take too loose the weight on this program or a more appropriate plan? I eat very well alot of organic things and my calorie intake is about 1200 to 1400 daily. I already lost 19lbs in the past 3 months just eating how I normally do and going to the gym sparadically..So I have about 16 more to get to 150..My question is, if I do this work out 3 to 4 times a week at least 2 or 3 times a day..Will I be able to lose about 3 or 4lbs a week?
