I'm 26, 5'2", female 64.5 kg (142.2 lbs). I need to loose weight for my wedding. My goal weight is 47 Kg (103 lbs).

Hello Adrian,

I eat very well alot of organic things and my calorie intake is about 1200 to 1400 daily. I already lost 19lbs in the past 3 months just eating how I normally do and going to the gym sparadically..So I have about 16 more to get to 150..My question is, if I do this work out 3 to 4 times a week at least 2 or 3 times a day..Will I be able to lose about 3 or 4lbs a week?
