Im a 24 y/o nursing student with very busy days and its hard to break down time for me to exercise. My weight is at 226 and I want to weigh at least 170 in about 6 months, how can this possibly happen?

I'm no expert but i think 100 pounds is too little for your height. My friend is 18 5'7 and 115 pounds and she is quite skinny, 120lbs is the least u shud be, but i think ur quite fine at your current weight, maybe just excercise get toned and keep healthy.
