Hello, I'm 18, 5'4 and 127 pds. I would like to lose 15 pds or just get rid of my cellulite and get a flat stomach by mid June. I don't mind working out, but my problem is that I hate vegetables. In almost every diet it says to add some greens but I do not like any greens whatsoever. I also hate fish. I'm a meat lover and Im all about spicy and sweet tasting food. Hey, I'm 14 too! And are in your exact position, except I want to fit a pair of cute shorts I have. What I've decided on doing to help me lose weight is:
-walk the dog, or go out on a run
-put on music and dance in my room
-Drink lots of water
-Try to make myself sweat at least once a day
-When hungry eat fruit or vegtables (and if you like pickles, they're 0-5 calories)
-Eat lots of protein when able. That's meat, fish, nuts, dairy products have it too.
-Try to eat as little bread as possible (and if your parents get too superstitious, only do it at school like I do)
-Avoid sugar and drinks with calories
-Remember it takes 7 large apples to equal in calories to a candy bar.
-Tell yourself you can lose weight or eat junk.
-Don't starve yourself, it slows metabolism.
-If possible eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, it tells your body that a constant flow of food is coming in, and doesn't store fat.

Hello, I am a 16 year old who is desperately trying to lose weight in less than 2 weeks (if possible). I am 5'2 and I weigh around 155 pounds. I recently went to the doctor for trouble sleeping. I went 85 hours without sleeping and she didn't believe me. I'm turning 16 in November and I'm 199lbs. I've been on this diet for about a week now and I feel healthier but I have no energy. Here's the diet:

My friends dad tried this and said to do that. He also said that there are 4 rules to this diet. No rice, potatoes, bread, or sweets.

Hi, I'm 17 years old, I weigh about 152, I'm around 5'6". I used to weigh at the most 120; I usually was around 112-115, and my bones would stick out, I was on seizure medication that had the side effect of me losing weight, plus I was anorexic and bulimic. The medication started eating my bone mass, so I had to stop that medication, I had bone complications then and I still sometimes do. If I try to work out my hips will start popping in and out of place and will hurt REALLY bad. I've gained weight obviously since then. Is it healthy for me to weigh 152, being 17 (in a five months I'll be 18), 5' 6". I also have been diagnosed with several things, but a few are: clinical depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Which makes it hard for me to lose weight also, I believe. How can I lose weight fast without having to do too much exercise? Oh! And on a LOW budget?
