I've been on weight watchers for about two years now and have been tracking on and off. I'm at the last 25 lbs I want to loose and be able to tone. But, it's sooo hard. I've tried changing my eating habits and staying within a range. Once, I got to my weight goal because I was fasting for 3 days. I don't want to do that. I can say I'm pretty good on my eating habits and I tried shocking my body with different work outs but I lost hope and stopped working out for 5 months now. How can I get back? How can I loose the last 25? Plus, I can't find time to go to the gym. I have an industrial elliptical at home. Should I just use that for 30 mins? Will that help me out? I'm currently at 175 and 5'6 (female). Also, should I take herbalife or go vegan? Would that better get things moving especially for someone who doesn't move as often as she used to?

I'm 21 years old 258 lbs at 5'8. Im trying to enlist into the US ARMY by FEB/MAR 2013 . Right now I'm at 48% body fat & Im required to meet the maximum 30% body fat . Exactly how many pounds is that & can I lose that amount by FEB or MAR of 2013 ? If so how ? Thanks a lot ! I live in the U.S. so I'm not to sure how many kilos are the pounds you want to loose. And I know that you cant find many of the foods. Well, first of all, you said you do treadmill only 10 mins, that needs to be bumbed up to at least 30 mins a day. Your not gonna see results with 10mins on the treadmill. And do that for at least 5-6 days a week. And as for food, India has the healthiest dishes I can think of. So, this summer I just drank one glass of milk in the morning, ate one roti with a lot of sabji and a papar for lunch, and a little snack for dinner; and with the excersie I mentioned I did for one month. . . and I lost 10 pounds(about 20 kgs). Just eat roti with sabji, and tiny snacks like cookies or namkeen if you get hungry. You should loose weight for the weeding. Make sure the heaviest meal is the lunch, do NOT eat heavy after 6pm.

i would just like to be able to say thank you Adrian. i remember couple years ago i was weighing about 270 pounds, thats alot for a 15 year old male to be hauling around at 5'8. You're weight loss dvd and motivation from seeing so many succesfull stories has helped me to achieve my ultimate goal of become a United States Marine. I am now 19 years old weighing at 185 running first class physical fitness tests. My wife has now finally joined me on my "get in better health" band wagon and i have gotton alot of our resources from this website to help her achieve her weight goals. Now im not to much in to shredding even though her cooking has gotton me a little heavier than i should be ,ha ha, my new goals are more towards bulking and body building and helping my wife with her goals of losing her extra weight. (all her i think she looks wonderful but what do i know lol) i didn't take progress pictures of me losing over 100 pounds with the help of your programs. But i would love to share my success story once i have accomplished my wife's goals and i plan to take progress pictures this term, they surely do help in motivation. once again thank you.

Hi, I'm 5' 5" 128 lbs and have recently lost about 20 lbs (starting weight: 149 lbs) in less than two months. I have hit a weight loss plateau which has been very difficult to surpass. Most of my concern, however, is to whether or not I will gain this weight back, considering I lost it so quickly. Do you have any suggestions for keeping the weight off. Another thing is that I did not loose the weight through any fad diets but through many lifestyle changes.

I have lost about 65 pounds and dropped 10 sizes in my waist band since Nov. 2011. I still have alot of belly fat and my inner thighs are starting to droop. I need to know the fastest and most effective way to lose belly fat and tighten up my thighs? I workout 4 days a week, eliptical, treadmill, bike and weights. I also do squats, lunges, and leg lifts. I'm 30 years old and i have been working out for about 3 years off and on. For the past 6 weeks i have been doing 45 min of intense yoga and 60 min of weight training everyday and im on the six pack shortcuts diet and even gave up beer or any alcohol for that matter as well. I haven't lost a single pound and my stomach isn't going down at all. For the last week i have been doing 160 pushups,300 squats,and 150 crunches as well as the yoga and weight lifting and still nothing. I'm thinking of going to a doctor cause i don't get it. Any ideas?

I am 5' 9.5" 47 yr old female and weigh 160lbs (the most I have ever weighed). I found this out recently at a DR visit when I had to get on the scales (I never weigh myself, I don't believe in that, I just try to mostly eat healthy). So when I saw the scale results I was mortified! I have spent 2 weeks now adjusting my diet further and upping my exercise but seem not to loose weight. I am very determined and driven and have lots of self control when it comes t being healthy, but I seem to be stuck at this weight and I am not OK w/that. I want to loose 20lbs and at least w/in 3 months. Any advice?
