Hi Adrian,
I have hypothyroidism and bipolar which both hinder my weight loss efforts. I have a three year old and have managed to lose most of the baby weight, but I am still struggling with that extra 10 lbs. I am almost 5'5", weigh 131lbs, and exercise about 1x per week, but still yo-yo between 125-130. My worst enemy its binge eating at night...
Is there any hypothyroid-friendly meal our exercise plan you can suggest for me?
Thank you thank you thank you!!!
