I am 240lbs some of it lean muscle I finding it hard to lose weight my job is very active I'm lifting heavy things all day and on my feet walking all day it really builds up an appetite carbs burn right thru me so does fats what would u recommend tried low carb for 2 weeks felt was tired and hungry all the time

Hi I am a 41 year old male. 6'3" and 285 lbs. I have been going to the gym for the last 5 months and have lost 35 lbs. I feel like my body has started to gain more muscle and I'm still losing inches but I would like to continue to loose another 30 lbs or so. We go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I try to balance eating right with the odd cheat day. What would be a good workout and diet to continue to loose but maintain the muscle I have regained since starting?
