Hi I am a 41 year old male. 6'3" and 285 lbs. I have been going to the gym for the last 5 months and have lost 35 lbs. I feel like my body has started to gain more muscle and I'm still losing inches but I would like to continue to loose another 30 lbs or so. We go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I try to balance eating right with the odd cheat day. What would be a good workout and diet to continue to loose but maintain the muscle I have regained since starting?
