hi i'm 14 almost 15 only 5 feet tall and i weigh almost 170 lbs. i really want to lose about 70 lbs. so i feel comfortable around my boyfriend before school starts in 1 month. please help me.

hi i am 26 years young and weigh around 175lbs.
I weighed 165lbs in january 2010 before coming to USA from india.
My body shot up suddenly with a richer diet and no exercise.
Now i have been exercising for about 2 months for an hour daily in the gym and another at the squash court and still my weight does not seem to budge.
I have also started following a balanced diet with lots of water, fruits n vegetables!..plz help!

I still don't understand how a woman like me, in her mid-fifties, slim to skinny all her life can lose a new weight roll in the mid-section. I still wear en extra small blouse that will not close in the tummy section but fits the rest of my upper body to the t. What kind of diet do you suggest? HELP! PS Sit ups do not target this - did over 100 a day for three months and didn't loose an inch of waistline or a pound of weight!! K
