Hi Adrian- I am 29 years old 5"2 and 130 lbs. I am trying to lose the last 10-15 lbs of baby weight from my second child and its just not budging.I excercise pretty regularly and I would say my diet is relatively good (except for occasional snacking at nighttime) I need a diet that's going to give me enough energy to get through my workouts and be a hands mom, but that's low enough in calories to help me lose the weight. HELP :)

I am 45 and weigh well over 400 lbs. I was on nutrisystem and dropped to 330 lbs, but then I lost my job and couldn't afford them anymore. I now work crazy hours with no breaks (4am-between noon and 3pm). The pay is also about half of what I was getting, so money is definitely a concern with any diet or meal plan. Is there some type of plan that I could use to lose weight and actually incorporate some permanent eating habits into my lifestyle?

I realize I need help with losing weight and keeping it off. I always been an attention getter and everyone says I look good, but I like the lean look, not the thick. I dont feel attractive after reaching 157 lbs. I do South Beach, WW, and I did 90X and pilates, you name it. Im not getting rid of thigh fat, instead they get bulky. My abs never get leaner, they just dont look as bloated. Could you help me lean my thighs out once and for all and any tips for cellulite and permanent weight loss. Hi adrian, im 25yrs old 5'7 and 233lbs, ive seen two different doctors now and they both make it a constent reminder that i need to loose weight, my normal weight range for my height i would say is around 150-165, well thats what ive always ben growing up, and i was wanting to know what i can do to loose the weight fast, i have a workout center where i live and i do take full advantage of it wen i have the time (1-2x wk), is there any thing i can do to speed up the process? I also have ben blessed to not have high chlosterol, or diabetic, or any other medical condition that would change my lifestyle or dieting. Any advice would be greatly appricated. Hi Adrian! I need some advice, my doctor has put me on this regime: 1200 calories per day, no sugar, no bread, 90 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I am 32 years old, 5'3" and weigh 168 lbs. I feel like this is wayyyy too strict of a plan. What do you think?

I would do a more liberal 1200-to-1500 cals instead of ONE number and also... the sugar part is right and the bread is fine as long as it is natural or unprocessed but...
feel free to cheat 10-to-20% of the time meaning 150-to-300 cals per day can come from forbidden foods

I am going back to college in august and am looking to loose 30 pounds this summer (at least) I was going to try slim fast and replace 2 of my meals with shakes and eat a healthy dinner, will this work? For the past three months, I have been working out every day and eating 900-1300 calories a day. I keep gaining and losing the same two pounds. I am so frustrated. I am 5'2'' and range from 125 to 127 pounds-I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I run for 30 minutes and lift weights for 15 minutes every day and once a week I do boot camp.
