Hi ! I would like to gain 20 pounds in the next 3 months. Currently i weigh 140 lbs and i have a rapid metabolism and i do weight training for 45 mins, 3 days a week. How many calories and protein should i consume daily to achive my goal ?

I would like to gain 15 pounds by the first or second week of May. Starting April 5, im going to start my 3600 daily calorie intake. Is it possible to gain the15 pounds within that time frame? I'm 5'7 and i weight 135 with a fast metabolism and im not active.

You probably can but that weight may be mostly fat which won't help you much on the soccer field
