I am diabetes type 2. I need to gain 10 pounds. What should I eat to gain that weight without increasing my blood sugar.

Hello, I'm 5'8 29 y/o I am 138 I was in the Army I used to be 173. I am no longer in the Army so my meals are on a 120 a month budget. I'm skinny even when I was 173 I still was small. I just need some info on some meals with a tight budget. I plan on working out 3 times a week for about an hour.
