Hello I'm a 30 year old female. Looking to lose 40 pounds at least. I'm 5'2". And the last time I weighed myself at a higi machice. This past week it said I was 40 pounds over my normal weight which should be 120. I'm looking at a 3500 calorie diet but but not sure where to start....
