Your full 30 minute walk on your hands workout…
- Walk on your hands for 20+ feet (optional: wear a weight vest)
- Rest 20-to-40 seconds or… Do jumping jacks, ski steps, run in place
or etc. for
- Repeat for 5-to-15 min
- Rest up to 5 minutes
- Repeat steps 1-thru-4 for 10-to-30 minutes
