On the other sheet of paper you'll write…

"These BAD things will start happening to me IF I DON'T Take action now to lose weight"

Then you'll fill up that sheet with every BAD thing you can imagine will happen in the near & distant future If You DON'T take action now to lose weight so you'll probably write things like

STOP Right Now & fill out your IF I DO & IF I DON'T Sheets because You will read those sheets every time you feel like giving up on your weight loss goals.
