hey adrian im 5 2 abou 130. i wouldnt mind losing about 10 pounds but thats not my focus, i just dont want to gain anymore. but i really want to get bigger butt/thighs/hips & lose love handles. what are the best workout? i have two 15 pound weights to start. also i do cardio about 45 min. everyday should i not do that?

ok my sister wants to lose weight and be a size 6/8 and she just turned 22 today and her goal is to get down to that size by the end of june this yr. she weighs 176lbs and want to get down to 130. but the thing is, she has knee problems. when she walks he is in pain a lot of the time. the docs cant find anything and so we are doing more tests. any help from anyone would be highly appreciated. thanks

Ok so i have a question for women with big breat what exercises can they do to lift there breast and get them some what perky since therebig i thought without surgery. Hello I am 20 years old... 5 ft tall... 100 pounds... with DD breast lol... My butt is really small and my legs are EXTREMELY thin... I'm already doing one of your butt workouts and I'm am seeing results :-)... but the workout isn't making my legs and thighs bigger... what workout do I need to do to help those areas get bigger? I found a video on youtube which brought me here and I'm really impressed with your site!
My question is about wanting to be curvier.
I am a size 7 but for the first time ever, I want to be bigger.
My size is decent and I have a natural curve but I want to be bigger and curvier without it turning into cellulite or jiggle.
What would be my best bet for accomplishing this?
Do you have any advice about a schedule or eating habits?
