Hi im 5ft5 and I seem to be stuck between 240-250lbs and dont know why. I started working out again doing the bike

ok so im 23, 5'7, 162 pounds, 28 inch waist and 42 around my butt. I don't really work out and don't have much muscle definition at all. My ultimate goal is a massive butt, I don't want to lose weight, although i should, i want to gain weight in the process of gaining muscle and then shedding fat that way. I plan on doing the work outs you mention here with added weights and all that, but in terms of my diet and protein intake, i want to know how much and what type you recommend to keep me on the thicker side. I like shakes, so i was planning on doing that. I just have no idea what to take, or when to take it and how much is too much for me. Please help, thank you, love your website.

i'm 17 years old , i'm "petite" -i have very small body (high :154 weight:47!) my butt is small but it's left butt, well i would love to know if i very skinny and if that why i have a small butt , and if i gain weight and my butt get bigger(but not enoghf) i afraid if I Exercise Incorrectly i will lose the fat and burn the Muscles! how i could know if i do the exercises Correctly?

I don't think I will be able to do the exercises you told me to switch to. So is it okay if I do the home hyperextention exercise? And how many times a week should I do it for? And by the end of April will I see results? Plus I don't think I'm able to use ankle weights is that okay? And will my butt still get bigger and rounder? And when will I see my first results?

you may get the results you want without weights but I can't guarantee you'll get the bigger butt you want without them

Yeah the exercise that had A, B and C as the hill sprints, so if I don't use the ankle weights will my butt still get bigger? and how many times a week should I do the home hyperextention for?

ankle weights won't help unless you are doing hyperextensions but in that workout I have you doing hip thrust or bridges.
just stick to the plan as is

Yeah I meant is it okay if I switch to the hyperextention exercise because I don't have weights to increase the reps of the butt bridge ? And if I switch will my but still get bigger even if I don't use the ankle weights?

the ankle weights will help in he hyperext. but your butt can get bigger without weights but I wouldn't expect it to get KimK or CoCo big without them

Hi, I wasn't sure if you received my email. My question is in order for me to lose my belly fat I will need to do cardio, but I am also trying to build a bigger butt and build more muscle in my legs - you said I would need to eat more calories to build muscle mass. How am I able to do both? If I eat less, then I won't be able to build muscle, if I eat more I will gain more fat in my belly? Is this right?

Hello adrian i was wondering if u could tell me what bodyshape i am since i am completely clueless when it comes to this and i want to set realistic goals fitness wise having my bodyshape in mind. Um I need a little help. I looked at some of your butt workout videos, but I have a question. I am taking a herbal butt supplement. Do you think its okay for me to take them while doing your exercises for better results? Also, can I use Whey protein powder while I do those exercises to gain mass down there. Adrian I NEED YOUR HELP! I want to completely transform body (from top to bottom; especially my bottom).
I've always been a big girl but I had a little confidence then. After having my son 3 years ago I feel like a disgusting saggy bag of crap. I feel like a complete train wreck (Literally).
