I am an athlete and I am 60 kg guy, ibjust have a simple question, my lower body is good but when it comes to my upper body its too lean I need to hid my elbow bone coming out from side and my ribs.is it possible to achieve just by gaining minimum weight as I cant gain too much 65 kg or 68 kgwill work
