To lose belly fat & overall body fat with a Hula-Hoop

  • Get a Hula-Hoop and Hula Hoop for at least 30 minutes. You may or may not be able to Keep this up for 30 straight minutes and That's OK...
  • Don't think of it as working out for 30 minutes - think of it as practicing Hula-Hooping for 30 minutes and...

The Reason why Hula-Hooping burns belly fat so well is...

  • You use all the muscles in your midsection to keep the hula hoop going and....
  • You get a good fat-burning workout just by practicing Hula-hooping for 30 minutes but to see great fat burning results from hula-hooping...
    • Beginner: Practice Hula-Hooping for 30-to-90 minutes for a low intensity workout
    • Intermediate: Hula Hoop for as long as you can without stopping for 20-to-45 minutes for a moderate-to-high intensity workout
    • Advanced: Do Hula Hoop Intervals where you hula hoop for 1 minute followed by you jogging in place or Jumping rope for 30-to-90 seconds back & forth for 10-to-30 minutes for a high intensity workout.

I want to lost weight in my stomach and have a smaller wasit without losing breast size.

I also want slimmer arms but keep my butt size what can I do to get all this done?

I also have some fat rolls in my back.

I am about 5'8 and weight at least 160 lbs. Please come up with a plan that will make me look fabulous and hourglass and perfect.

Hi Adrian,
I am 18 years old, 5 feet 7, and weigh 210:'(. i USED to weigh 125 3 years ago, but due to hypothyroidism i've put on weight uncontrollably. My doctor told me to take medication for my condition, but i really dont want to because once i start on these pills, they are basically for the rest of my life ( my aunt and grandma has this). I REALLY want to lose weight to gain my confidence and energy back. i am always tired and i used to have weight size 26 but now i am about 33! PLEASE HELP ME! My schedule is quite busy because i work full time and also go nursing school, but i am willing to do whatever it takes to lose weight FAST! I want to lose weight FAST because i have to go vegas sometime before christmas, and i would love to buy clothes that FIT FOR ONCE!! im SO SICK of being a FATAS*.PLEASE adrian tell me what i should do, i really dont want to and dont think i should go on those pills.

I'm in eighth grade, and I have a little too much of a belly than I want, and my hips are absolutely huge. I also am terrible at hula hoop-ing, is that gonna make it impossible for me to do this? Cause I really wanna try it, because this is good for my waist and stuff, so...

Yes - your body will eventually get used to nay workout you do but everybody is different...

It may take you 10 weeks or 10 days before you get used to a workout

Just follow the video but as long as hula hoop is between arm pits and upper legs...

You'll burn fat and firm up waist and hips

I'm 5'3, 122 lb. I have a 2 lbs weighted hula hoop. How long should i work each day in order to trim my love handle and belly fat? Since it's a heavier hula hoop than the one designed for kids, so it's difficult to move faster. Thanks.

Jumping rope will not magically make u lose cellulite - fat loss with diet & exercise helps but "Jumping rope" is not the magic bullet.

After you've lost most of your belly fat and got a flat stomach...

I need help please!!

I have about 3 1/2 months before I go on vacation and my goal is to lose my belly fat and get a flat stomach,get a bigger butt, get my thighs thick and lose the cellulite. I know I need a miracle but maybe you can help me. I also have some cellulite on my stomach and thighs.
I hardly drink water but I recently started drinking water because I read that would help get rid of the cellulite. I'm 5'2 1/2 and weigh 122lbs. I'm not fat but lol my stomach is fat..=(

I exercise 3Xweek in the evening(Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday.. I do the following:

*30 minutes Yoga..Core Strenght...Toning...and stretch

*30 minutes of the indoor bike

*squats/ leg lifts 3 reps/10 set

?: Will the exercise Im doing help me with my goal..?? Will the hoola hoop get rid of my belly fat and will the 30 minute work out on the bike make my legs thick..

?: What can I do to get rid of the cellulite?

I don't want to be skinny..I still eat regular. It's not all junk and I don't eat after 7pm.

Do you think my goal is reacheable with the time limit I have??

PLEASE HELP!! When I was 15-18yrs I was thicker..and my butt was bigger..and as I got older i LOST a lot of weight my legs got thiner but Ive always had my stomach..

Maybe that can give you an Idea..

O yeah I forgot to mention I'm also going to do 10 minutes of jump rope I heard that helps for the cellulite..

For women to get flat abs - you need to have between 14-to-20% bodyfat so YES...

You need to lose weight with more diet & exercise to get flatter abs.

I'm 5 6 and 149 pounds and in shape. I have a mesomorph body type. I'm curvy and have toned arms, legs and butt and I like how my weight is proportioned but I just can't seem to get flat abs. I have a thin layer of fat around my abs. Will the hula hoop work for me or do I have to lose weight, if so how much? When I workout I do 10 minutes of cardio and 30 - 45 mins of intense weight training on arms and legs. I usually skip out on the abs because I haven't been able to make any progress with it.

Errm, right basically i hula hoop a 3lb hoop 30 mins a day, 7 days a week.
I want to know roughly how many calories i burn?
If it burns fat or just tones me up?

i have a sister who is 14 years old..she has a 28 inch waist and a 36 inch bust and a 19 inch thigh..she wants to reduce her waist to 25 and her bust to 32 inch...i keep telling her she looks fine...but she just wants to reduce..she cycles 30 mins. daily and walks 30 mins..daily..is it gonna help her?

It depends...

Mot guys tend to lose their last bits of fat from their belly area only while women...

tend to lose in belly and hip area so...

I really cant say for sure where you'll lose most of your fat from
