Hello, I'm Randall, I'm losing belly off my waist and apparently I'm at 12.97 for body fat. I have low fat, and I'm pretty darn happy, but what's killing me is that after months on end (maybe about 7 months) I've been at 230, now I have lost ten pounds and my body is use to being at 230, I eat salad before every meal, I eat portions of my meal, I exercise a good amount of times and believe it or not, funny enough I can only get to about 2000 calories max in a day eating 5 meals. The issue is, I usually don't get passed 1500 calories unless I eat dead food (or food from a fast food joint, yuck).

Anyway out of the 7 months, I've only lost ten pounds, and I can assure you I lost that in the first two months, so now I'm frustrated (however I am happy at the same time rather odd)

I'm frustrated because I'm trying to get to 205 pounds or 200.

I'm jolly, because well, my body fat percentage has been dropping.

It makes not sense to me, what would you recommend to drop some pounds!

it sounds like you are looking better so what's the problem

dont worry about the scale if you look better - throw it away - i never weigh myself - i use my mirror as a guide.

your weight may not be dropping if you are gaining better looking muscles

Hello..

Im 5"8 and way around 135 pounds......im a 13 year old girl and school is starting in a week.....i just started hula hooping and can easily do it for a hour if im watching t.v......im a pescatarian which means i dont eat land animals....but i do eat seafood, and LOTS of it.... Are there anymore diet tips and excersise tips you can give me? i would love to lose weight in my stomach and my thighs and calfs..

I recomend any activiyt that gets your heart rate up, causes you to sweat and hula hooping is one of those workouts that will do that so yes - it works but there is many other workouts that are good

any exercise or activity will give you results but either the weighted or regular hula hoop will help

you can do it everyday for 20-to-60min to lose weight but eventually you may have to switch to a more intense workout and do it only 3-4 times a week to lose weight

I am just curious how quickly you would see results with a hula hoop that was bought from a toy store? Or do I need to buy a weighted hula hoop if I hope to see results at all? I hula hoop 30 minutes a day, twice a day.

expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week and if that does not work

Im about 5ft 6 and weigh about 63kilos. I have always had a bit of a belly but now that I am going through menopause I have noticed the tops of my arms are are quite big and flabby. My doctor told me that I am obese and need to lose about 10 kilos but I would look stupid if I lost that much weight. I have just started hula hooping, no results yet, but do you think this could help my arms all any other suggestions. I am desperate.

I'm 5'6 and I have belly fat and a small amount of chest fat. I want to trim down my midsection fast and lose some of my chest fat but I don't want to lose the fat in my face because I personally think it is my asset. If I did take your advice, will I retain my face fat or not?

People lose weight in different areas at different times so I can't guarantee where you will or will not lose weight from

I'm not sure - you'll need to talk to a doctor about that but I think you'll be fine but like I said...

I'm 5'6 and a half and probably weight like oh.. i dont know .. around 160-180 lbs. and most of my weight is in my stomach. ibe started to gain belly fat and ive tryed going on very health diets, did stomach exsersize. every day for about 30 mins a day and i still see no progression. im very concerned about my body. no progress is working and i have been doing this for the past .. 3 months, everyday. any way i could figure out my problem?

Errm, right basically i hula hoop a 3lb hoop 30 mins a day, 7 days a week.
I want to know roughly how many calories i burn?
If it burns fat or just tones me up?

i have a sister who is 14 years old..she has a 28 inch waist and a 36 inch bust and a 19 inch thigh..she wants to reduce her waist to 25 and her bust to 32 inch...i keep telling her she looks fine...but she just wants to reduce..she cycles 30 mins. daily and walks 30 mins..daily..is it gonna help her?

It depends...

Mot guys tend to lose their last bits of fat from their belly area only while women...

tend to lose in belly and hip area so...

I really cant say for sure where you'll lose most of your fat from
