How to lose your man boobs or chest fat

Start off by doing 3 sets of the dust rag exercise to lose chest fat (see exercise #1) for 5-8 reps with some weight and to add weight... place a dumbbell or weight plate on your back (better yet - have someone put a weight on your back for you) and...

Every time you slide down... Take 3-7 seconds to get down to the floor and once you touch the floor... Come back up as fast as you can and then back down slow again because - The slower you go down and the more weight you use...

The more chest muscle you'll build to help you lose your man boobs

If you can't do 3 sets of 5-8 reps with weight... Then just go ahead and do 4 sets of 5-8 reps without weight and remember...

You're not doing it like the women do with their knees on the floor (a sissy push-up) you're doing this exercise in a pushup position with your knees off the floor and after you've done 3 sets of the dust rag exercise to lose chest fat (see exercise #1) with weight...

You're going to do 2 more sets of 8-12 reps of the dust rag exercise to lose chest fat  without weight and you're still going to come down slow and back up fast and...

If the first 3 heavier sets of the dust rag exercise to lose chest fat wore you out... You can do the last two sets on your knees (like the women do) to make it easier and after you've done...

You're going to finish your "lose man boobs" workout by doing...

You should only do this workout once a week to build a manly chest and after you done this workout for 2-3 weeks... Go on to the more advanced plan called "The fastest way to get rid of man boobs"

Doing either less reps heavy weight to get rid of man boobs or more reps light weight or a combination of both will help get rid of man boobs by toning up your chest area but the main thing you need to do to lose man boobs is to burn fat by going on a fat loss plan for men

i dont want to do paper rags i have some man boobs and want to get rid of them by using weights so should i do less reps heavy weight to get rid of man boobs or more reps light weight let me know ... i want to do the incline and decline mostly since i know they help get rid of man boobs email me bac

Doing this exercise at a gym for bigger chest and by doing pec flyes

Hi i also have a problem with chest fat and am quite young.

So very embarrasing when going swimming and stuff with family and friends.

how can i get rid of them without buying stuff like chestcoach.

If you're pretty fit - then the best thing I prescribe is that you either try to keeping gaining muscle in your chest area while trying to burn more body fat.

Have you tried the chest exercises here?
and another option for you...
