Hello Bryant, first of all, congratulations for your website, is amazing!. I have a question, after mi workout i usuallly finish with cardio exercise, but if today i made a workout for bigger legs ( i do it 1-2 times a week) and tomorrow i focus, for example in my chest, should i finish with cardio exercise or that will act as a overtraining for my legs? how many days should i wait after a bigger legs - workout to be able for high intensity cardio exercise without overtraining my legs, that reduce the growth of my legs right?.

the high intensity cardio won't affect your leg growth that much (it depends on how often you do it) but you'll need to start off slow and as you get stronger you'll be able to add more to your workouts without any overtraining

hi Adrian:
I am doing the fat loss workout interval training on the treadmill to lose my stomach, back and arm fat, I carry most of my weight in my stomach, however, I am trying to gain muscle mass in my thighs and butt. But my legs and butt are getting smaller and smaller. I do weight training twice a week and cardio twice a week. I am currently doing the leg press at 210 lbs 10 reps x 5 sets, but my legs are never sore, seem like I am wasting my time, I do take the whey protein, and try to eat as much protein as possible, is there any other supplements I can take. Please help !

As I already mentioned, I am doing one of your leg workouts (leg press). Please be more specific, are you saying I should do another one?

sorry about that. I thought you only wanted thighs
go here for thighs & butt and perform the leg press as shown there.
also - when you currently do the leg press and stop at 10 reps do you feel as if you can do more than 10 reps
