The 18min workout is good - but this workout plan is better for burning off overall body fat.

hi adrian..i m from india..and we have tough fat..i m 22 and have lot of fat on my arms and thighs and i have those horrendous love handles...can i lose all those fat by doing this 18 min workout..in how many days do u think i could lose all the fat if do it dedicatingly three times a week.

In 15 minutes you'll probably burn 100-to-200 calories and in 30 minutes up to 400 calories but to lose 20 pounds by june...

Make sure you do one of these exercise programs as well

how may calories would I burn doing this work out I am a 165lb medium frame 5-6 tall female I want to lose 20lb by June 20

It depends on what kind of workout DVD's you do but generally...

You can safely do this workout 2-to-3 times a week alone and since you're doing workout DVDs - you should maybe only do them 1-to-2 times a week but again...

Hi, i did your 18 minute workout today, found it really good.How many times a week do you recommend doing it? I do workout dvd's also, have been doing them 3 times a week,am now on my 3rd week.
