Yes I am still overweight but rather than LOSING I am focused on gaining strength and fitness and it makes the whole process easier.
The tonning work out is superb. But how often should you do it? is it ok to do 5 days a week along with high and low intensity weight loss interval workouts which i do at least 3 a week.
Once again thank you so much for your inspiration it has changed my life style and i am influencing my friends too to follow me 
5 times may be too much i would stick with no more than 3 times a week

Hi Adrian...I just wanted to thank you for your CD and tell you that I think you are the greatest guy. You are so inspiring and so innovative with your work outs. And you are so wonderful to help people and you don't ask for compensation. I have talked with lots of different people about what I should do to lose wt. Recently I ended a very dangerous relationship with a man who used to hit me all the time among other things. Then I lost my job. And I stopped riding my bike to work everyday and I gained 20 pounds since January. I have always been fit but he hurt my arm so it is not as strong anymore. I used to be a great softball player with a rocket arm... but not anymore. But my doctor says I can work out . I had tried these 3 hour workouts where I walked up a hill for 1.5 miles and walked back down when I weighed 120. Then I just gained 10 pounds. Now I weigh 130 and I am 46 years old and 5'01''. You help me to say motivated. And I just want to thank you. I lost 2 pounds in a few days doing your intervals. Do you have anymore advice that can help me stay motivated. i really want to get back down to 108 like I was before January.
I just wanted to send some good words your way. I just love your website and the way that you come up with exercises with normal household items. Instead of spending a lot of money on equipment, I can work out with my broom and sand filled soda bottles. Love it!
