Hey, I found your website through one of your you tube videos. I'm trying to lose 50 pounds in about 5-6 months. I started working out (6 days per week) and calorie counting (1200 calories per day) which makes me feel better and have a bit more energy, but I don't think my work outs are intense enough. I run on a 4% incline for about 20 minutes and then I do 20 minutes of circuit training (with the limited machines available here at my Condo's gym). In addition to losing weight, my major issue is my belly (2 kids). I'm planning on starting your 'FAST WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISES) today to see how they work for me. Any advice?
