I want a pln for me. I'm a 17 yo female between 5'7 and 5'8 and weigh about 107lbs. I'd like to gain weight and be at least 125lbs and I also have a very small butt. I have an hour glass shape just nothing much to accentuate it with. What should I do, please?

Is it considered healthy if i fry food using extra virgin olive oil? If so, can i eat these food if i'm on a weight loss plan?

Yes & No

Yes - the fat from oil may be beneficial but...

NO - fat is very dense and packs LOTS of calories so if your main goal is fat loss - I wouldnt fry TOO much of anything or use oils that much

Extra virgin olive oil is healthy in itself but shouldn't be heated over 100 degrees celsius (or 212 degrees fahrenheit). Beyond that point it reaches it smoke point, and all the healthfulness of it is ruined at that point. You're basically unvirginising it

Extra virgin olive oil should only be used at lower temperatures such as a salad dressing. And the previous respondent is right, it's something you want to use very sparingly. Frying & cooking in oil usually uses too much of it. A light salad dressing with vinegar used very judiciously on a healthy low-fat salad is the best application of extra virgin olive oil's benefits.
