Use this workout plan to get six pack abs fast ...

Do 1 of the lower ab exercises below for 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps and then do 1 of the upper ab exercises below.

Do 1 of the upper ab exercises below for 4 sets of 8-to-12 reps after you've done 1 of the lower ab exercises above.You only need to do this six pack ab workout 1-to-2 times a week and if doing 8-to-12 reps is too easy for you... Don't be tempted into doing higher reps thinking it will give you better results and...

Whenever 8-to-12 reps of one the Ab exercises above gets too easy... the best thing you can do to continue seeing results is to pick another Ab exercise and/or do the same exercise you were doing with more resistance by using ankle weights, a dumbbell, weight plate or by wearing a weight vest.

I'm assuming you're a female and from what i read - Women need below 15% for abs to show and men below 10% and here's my opinion based on your weight...

I think you need to do more manly cardio to burn fat and gain some muscle so basically...

You can keep doing tae-bo and I would eat only 1200-to-1800 calories a day and eat five 250-350 calorie meals a day plus...

Hi there,

Im currently 118 pounds and 1.64 cm tall. My body fat percentage is around 23%,how much lower should it be to reveal my abs?

I workout 4-5 days a week for around 2-3 hours and im trying my best to incorporate more cardio such as running cycling and tae-bo!
but i just seem to have so much fat on my stomach,its so frustrating please help!!!!
