I have lost about 30 pounds I'm down to my goal weight if 150 but strecth marks have taken over my body. When I do toning exercises will that help lessen the apperance of them?

I am 5' 10" 133 lb and have been trying to get abs for months, I am finally starting to see the results I hoped for but I am wondering how many calories I should be eating a day. I am still trying to lose a little bit of fat but I want to maintain my muscle. I am 16 and moderately active, how many calories should I eat a day. I was eating 1500-1800 when I was losing weight but now I am eating around 2000-2200, will my weight remain the same if I eat that much. Should i eat more. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks

I am 5' 10" 131lbs. and I am trying to get a six pack, I can tell I'm close because after I do sit ups I can see my upper abs. I just don't know how much I should be eating a day because lately I have been eating 1500-1700 calories but I noticed I was feeling weak during the day so I started eating 2000-2200 calories a day. I have a moderate activity level. I just need some advice on how many calories I should eat and how many sit-ups and cardio I should do. I also noticed that I lost some muscle mass along with the weight I lost, how do I maintain muscle and get rid of fat. And is muscle milk good to drink on days I weight lift. Thank You so much.

Hi, I'm a 29 year old male who is 5' 11", 160 lbs. I've had abs before and got lazy and lost them. My question is, the first time, I worked out for 6 months and never saw my abs, but then I suddenly lost about 10 lbs (bringing me to 165 lbs at the time) and could see them beautifully! But this time it's the other way around. I've lost the weight, but don't have the abs yet (loss of muscle mass). How long will it take for abs to show, and what exercises should I use to see them the quickest?

I was wondering if the Special K protein cereal was healthy. For breakfast sometimes, I eat 1 1/2 cups of it, a piece of whole grain toast and some blueberries (400 calories), is that healthy cuz I'm trying to get abs. Thanks

it's healthy but getting abs is about eating less and exercising more to burn off enough fat to see your abs

Hi Adrian I am 24, 5feet 10inch tall and 70Kg I have quite toned muscle but stomach is an exception. I workout 2hrs 3 times a week from almost an year now, still my tummy looks the same, it is 34" now all I need to make is 32 or 31 & fat is much accumulated over the backside of my waist. can you suggest some workouts, routines and more importantly food pattern. I am vegetarian but take eggs.

Hi, I was wondering how many grams of protein I should be consuming a day. Is there anything wrong or unhealthy with for breakfast or lunch, drinking a whey protein shake & a quest protein bar. I am trying to lose a few more pounds so will eating a lot of protein hinder my weight loss. I am 5'10'' 143 lb. and I'm trying to get abs, how many more pounds do I need to lose to get abs. I can tell I'm getting close but I'm not sure how long I have to go. Thanks so much!!!!

there probably is not much weight you can lose at you low weight for your height. are you currently doing any ab workouts now?

I do sit-ups some times but not much, my main question is will a lot of protein slow or stop me losing weight or will it speed it up, I eat 1700-2100 calories a day and cardio on a exercise bike 3-4 times a week and I do light weight lifting 2-3 times a week. Thanks

Yeah I plan to lose 3-4 more pounds, so I will have ''NICE'' abs and a toned core, is 1600-2000 a good calorie range, everything I eat is pretty healthy, I have cutout all drinks with sugar besides skim milk and whey protein.

Hello! I am a college student (18, 115lbs) and people say I look pregnant. I'm very skinny and my stomach sticks out farther than my butt. I do ab exercises and they only make my stomach bigger. Also the butt exercises (just started them) I don't feel any difference after i leave the gym. Please help!

it's usually less than 10% for guys and %15 for women to see abs and you get there by Using any 1 of the permanent weight loss plans here

Hi Adrian. I am sixteen years old and weigh 135 lbs. I'm roughly 5ft 6in. I'm very active and am a competitive ski racer. I work out frequently and am pretty strong, but I want to get to the ideal body fat percentage for top performance in my sport. I used an phone app to try to calculate my BMI and it told me I'm at 25.4 %. I know that's a bit over ideal for girls my age but have heard that it is different for athletes. What do you think?
