Hello Adrian,

I would like to say THANKS for the free DVD. I lost 20 pounds but gained it back from the holidays :-(

Hey Adrian,
First of all superb job with the website! You introduced me to all sorts of exercises I’ve never heard of before, and they are great!
I currently have a body fat percentage of 9.4%, and it is true that I can clearly see some abs. However I have also noticed that there are still some very loose parts on my stomach (especially the lower regions) and this troubles me. I think the reason I have this layer of loose skin (or fat) is due to the fact that I used to be rather chubby, but lost a large amount of weight in a quick amount of time. How can I tighten these areas so that my abs shows better? Do I have to do more intense ab workouts or maybe just more cardio to lower bfp even further? Please advise.

Amazing site Adrian! I am at 14% body fat and now i know how to get ripped. Anyway my hamstring is always tight even my balance is improving any advice about improving my flexibility fast because i will play soccer in the next spring!

No i know a few, so can give some tips? Also, about the C workout (the treadmill) when you run 10seconds and pause 10seconds i wanna know if should be able to talk to someone or should i run to my max because this exercise is great for fat loss but i want to reach a cardio of 90 minutes before spring because i play soccer....

Hello Adrian,

I'm 6'1" and weigh 175 pounds. I have an athletic body type and have recently been lifting 3-4x/week for the past month and taking whey protein as a supplement. I have seen significant gains in muscle, but I'm looking for that combination in my diet that consists of losing fat around my abs, but doesn't hinder my gain in muscle mass. What would you recommend my diet consist of?
