i know that I need to give my arms a few days to rest between workout in order to see results, is the same true for when i work my abs out?

This is a great site to learn how to get six pack abs I especially like the videos showing people exactly how to do the exercises in proper form.

I'll soon be writing a post on my blog on the Abdominal Crawl and will definitely link to a great video I watched demonstrating how to do it on this site.

The ab crawl is a very unusual exercise which I've heard great things about and will soon be working into my exercise routine.

Im 11 and i way fine for my size. Just all my fat is in my belly and the rest of me is pretty muscular. Do any of you got any structured tips on how I can lose belly fat?

Hi,

Using your calculator I worked out my body fat is 12.7%. Now, I was wondering how far away I would be from having visible abs. I do an ab workout every now and then, but I'm more eager to concentrate on losing that list bit of belly fat. I have started your "get ripped in 50 days" work out plan, but I guess I just want some idea of when I can expect to see my abs doing this plan.

the last bit of fat takes the longest but expect about a 1/2-to-2 pounds of PURE fat weekly
