Hi,
I am 5 feet 2 inches and weigh 57 kilos.I am 36 inches(body fat 47%) around my waist and to get to the bracket of normal % fat I need to lose 10 inches around my waist.I am pretty much alrite except for the fat around my waist.I have been doing the HIIT training and ab exercises for 5 weeks and following a healthy diet for 2 months.I feel lighter but have not really shed any fat around my lower abs.Is there anything else you think I should be doing?please help!

the last bits of fat take the longest so just hang in there and be patient but by the way...
how many total calories are you eating and do you know the ratio of carbs-to-protein you eat?

hi adrian can you please help me whenevr i go in a crunch position i see a 6 pac 2 big packs at the bottom semi big at the middle and tiny tiny pacs in the front but when i look in the mirror its all there but when i look down theres nothing there do i need to lose more weight for it to show? if so which one of theses exercises would better help me. thank you so much

When I flex i have a SMALL 4 pack with the bottom abs non existent. Theres a little lump of fat at the bottom of my stomache. How can I get a 6 pack fast before school starts. Is it possible to do in 3 weeks

How would one measure their waist exactly? I have a feeling that I'm doing it wrong... either that or I have nearly no bodyfat... I lack self-confidense, so I'm not willing to jump to the conclusion that I am actually skinny since I have been fat most of my life. Also when following your excercises when would one start to see some results? Like I mean anything at all. Just the slightest bit of muscle would get me motivated to continue to the very end.
you basically measure at the smallest point with is usually between belly button and hip
for the ab exercises you'll get results right away but you wont "SEE" anything until you've lost enough belly fat
Im 17 and I am nearly 6"0 and 160 with a 31 oe 32 inch waist i am lean all throughout my body except for this belt of loose fat around my waist and some chubiness in my cheeks..what is the best thing to lose the belt?

hello adrian .. thanks for running such a great website .. well my problem is that my upper and lower abs are developed ( 4packs) but my middle abs are not.. it just feel like i have nothing between my upper and lower abs ... do i have to workout more or something? ..

it sounds to me lie your LOWER abs are missing and not your middle.

I checked my body fat % and it was 13.27%.I checked it with the body fat guidelines from the American council on exercise and I was in the category of athletes.Will I be able to see my six pack eventually when I finish the abs exercises or will I need to lower my body fat % further to be able to see them?

Using your calculator I worked out my body fat is 12.7%. Now, I was wondering how far away I would be from having visible abs. I do an ab workout every now and then, but I'm more eager to concentrate on losing that list bit of belly fat. I have started your "get ripped in 50 days" work out plan, but I guess I just want some idea of when I can expect to see my abs doing this plan.
