Hi! I wanted to say that my doc also told me this is the best way for me to burn fat. I am also hypothyroid which makes it more difficult than others to lose weight but I do with this interval training. What I would like to know is how to EAT while doing it. I have trouble taking in enough caolories to not be too run down, yet not too much so I lose enough fat. Thanks!

Thanks for my free DVD. I have started working out and its been great. I started by weighing myself and taking body measurements of arm, waist, hip, leg, neck.....write them down and date them....will remeasure and weigh in 3 weeks. Wish me luck. oh I'm 5 3" and weighs 152lbs.

hi adrian,
i have just started working out doing interval training 5days ago.
i know u specify that it should be done every other day but i like doing intervals so iv been doin it every day.
but my workout goes like this:
5min warm up
1 min run at 11m/hr
1 min walk at 4m/hr
continue this cycle for 20mins
5min cool down

the next day i do this:
5min warm up
30 sec run at 11m/hr
30 sec walk at 4m/hr
continue this cycle for 30mins

this is alternated everyday

isit ok to do this? its convenient for me to interval train everyday!

This is ok but if you are truly doing HIGH intensity training you would only be able to stand it for only 3-to-4 days a week!

I have been reading up on your information on weight loss . I have put it in my workout routines the 10/10 programs are really great. When I first started in Jan 2011 -July 2011 I only lost 14 pds. Because I was still nt eating right and working out 4 to 5days a week. I change alot up eating right since July 23 2011-Sept 15 2011 I lost 15 pds. It really works. Eating right n w/o is tbe key.
