Excellent site. I am 30 and currently in a weight loss circuit program. My question is can I incorporate you awesome 10/10 Interval workout in my circuit routine?

Hi Adrian,
I am new at this so any help would be greatly appreciated! I am 34, just getting into exercising and love the interval workouts, the only thing is I am not quite sure what exercises to do for the 3-5 minute warm-ups that you suggest prior. Please help! Thanks!

warmups are optional but...

light walking or jogging or some stretching but...

So sorry for the lack of info! I'm 5'6" and 135-142 lbs. I'm happy with my weight now (when I'm below 130 lbs I look way too skinny) and people would never guess me this heavy. Thanks!

Hey Adrain,
I'm wanting to lose 3 inches off my thighs and give my butt a good lift. I've read somewhere that I can't "spot train" and basically all the hard work you put into diet, exercise and so on won't get you the body you desire. My upper body is okay and so are my hips but you get to the thighs and booty they need alittle help! They don't look too bad but I'd like to trim or tone my thighs without losing weight on my upper body if at all possible. Your help will be much appreciated! Thanks...
