Hello, I cannot watch these videos because I am in Iraq and the videos are blocked.. Is there a way you can give me a workout routine... I am 5'8" weighing about 145... I already have a natural nice hour glass shape but I would like to turn my big thighs into thick ones meaning toned up. Basically my goal is to tone up my body without losing any weight. I've had a look at your exercises and I will be trying them later on when I go to the gym, I usually squat and lunge to make my butt bigger and shapely and will be applying your versions to see if they prove more effective. My question for you is what exercises will give me a tiny waist? I find if I do sit ups it almost straightens my waist instead of keeping the curve and I'm looking to sculpt into more of an hourglass figure.

Thanks for your reply, I tried your lunge exercises and squats earlier and they were amazing! I am surely sticking to your routines from now on! With regards to a small waist mine is already smallish 28in and my hips are 39 but I find if I do too much stomach work they seem to straighten my silhouette- I think I must be working the wrong muscles I'll try your ab workouts I'm sure they'll do the trick.

Yes - in most cases you do need to lose fat to bring out the hourglass or you can gain weight (muscle) in areas to get hourglass and the reason I can't help you is because...
I'd feel more comfortable if a doctor could advise a safer exercise or give you the okay to exercise before I can tll you some options
Hi Adrian. First off, thank you so much for providing useful info on weight loss. You deserve more recognition. I've been following your plan since early this Jan. and lost 2 lbs so far but my eating problems have been out of control, but I got back on track. Anyway, I just need to lose an extra 15-20 lbs to get fit. But, I want a 'curvy' fit . My problems are my arms (deltoids) and stomach. Thighs are ok but I just need a bit toning. My love handles are slightly bigger than my hips. So as I'm losing weight, is it possible to gain muscle in the hips/butt and slimmer arms (without muscular appearance) to create an hourglass/slim figure?

hey adrian. i just saw ur exercises n they really look good help... i ll try them hopefully. well i have the weirdest body ever. i used 2 be a thin bflat chested girl with brpad hips n thigs. but atleast my waist was good. but i had flat real flat chest. then i took a diet. n i gained alot of weight, that too n my lower body, n mu tummy came out aswell. now i have the most messy body. my legs n thigs are very heavy, n my waist n tummy is totally deshaped, i gained little on my breasts. i have 2 wear lose dress 2 hide it. cant wear skinny jeans though i love it. please i need your help. m 24, n my height is 5.7". weight 64lbs.. i need good breasts n thinner lower body.
