Hi Adrian,
Great website!! My dilemma is this, I have a nice firm and round butt and firm thighs from running for many years however my hips are really narrow. What can I do to get my hips to spread out some so that I'm not just curvy in the butt area but also in the hips? Thanks a lot!!

Are these exercises guarenteed to work because I tried the big butt one and it make it firmer and a bit round but it didn't give me the plump. I just ate my way to one but now I have a stomach and lovehandles and my arms aren't tonned anymore.
I don't want to lost a breast size I want to have tonned arms and a thinner slimmer wasit. something like that jessica rabbit.

I am 185 lbs and I'm 5'6" I'd like to weigh around 140. This would be a healthy weight for be because when I was in high school I used to weigh 10 more than that and I had a lot of muscle in my thighs and butt because I was a catcher. I'd like to slim down in all areas and have a leaner body. My target areas are my legs, arms and abs. Where do I start with the weight loss and toning?

I'm 180 lbs. my measurements are 38D-34-45 and I want to go from 34 waist to 28, if possible. I have love handles and a pooch I really need to get rid of. I want a small waist, toner arms, and a bigger, firmer, rounder butt. I'm good with my weight I don't feel I need to lose weight, I'm very healthy. I want to look like a thicker version of Melyssa Ford. Can you help me?

This website is truly fantastic! Thank you so much for providing us with this information for FREE! The bigger butt workout is what I really like...lets face it a big firm but is what looks good in jeans, or naked. I do squats using a squat rack and I am slowly increasing my weights. Is there a point where your body plateau's??? Just how big can I make my butt...seriously!

The only thing you can really do is to not workout or train your calves to allow your muscle to shrink from non-use but that is only the case if your calves are mostly muscular.

I went from 200 pounds to 120. Now, my goal is to look like Kim Kardashian. Her body figure is what i've been wishing for. What should I do to achieve her body figure, and especially her butt? Kim Kardashian has a workout video call "Fit into your jeans by Friday" does that really work? Will that help me achieve her body figure?

Im jen. Im a junior in highschool and ive struggled with my weight my entire life. I weigh 230lbs.... I do not look like i weigh that much but i see myself as a very obese person. I know i should love myself,but how can i love myself when i look like a pig? I get made fun of at school because i am not stick thin like the other girls. I cannot look at myself in the mirror, or even see myself naked. I have a very odd body shape. I do not have hips and my body is shaped like a mans body. I eat heathy and exercise all the time yet i still remain the same weight. Im a veggitarian and i eat lots of greens ( no potatos or corn) and i drink a lot of water. I need help..... Please...help me lose this fat so i can be attractive and healthier looking

I have a petite frame -- 32-24-34. I'd like to have an hourglass figure but it's hard to keep weight on. What would be the best workout regime to follow if I want to work out at home with hardly any gym equipment (I only have a gym bench with a leg workout component to it). Thanks

It's more than likely going to take you longer than a month to lose 5 inches off your waist because you are at a low weight now.

I am trying to loose 5 inches off
my waist in 1 month if its possible. I weigh about 135-140lbs.
I have tried everything from strict dieting to working out like crazy and nothing seems to work.
If you could give me anything for me to reach my goal that would be great.
