How To Get Rid of Cellulite Fast →
Hi..Im 20 years old..my current weight is 60kg..im 5'3..i used t0 weigh 47kg two years ago..how can i get back t0 my shape?thank you
I really need your help. There's a lady named Catya Washington, she's on bad girls club this season. We're the same height, same breast size, and even hip measurement. (5'4, 35dd, 41 in.) The only thing is her waist (her-27 me-37) is alot smaller and she (her-130 me-180) weighs less. As of now, I'm doing cardio 30-40 mins and I'm working my stomach (regular crunches, obliques, and lower ab crunches)-(3 reps 0f 20 no weights) I'm also working my butt with twisting lunges, squats, step ups, and kickback (on all fours)-(2 reps of 15-no weights) but I don't do this all in one day. I've been doing this off and on due to busy schedule. I'm really focused now and I really want to get my body thick (ex. her, video models, etc.) and well porportioned. I'm not fat, just need to get it together. Even though, we have the same measurements in the hips, her butt is bigger than mines and my hips are bigger than hers. I want to get a bigger, rounder, lifted butt like hers. Can you tell me how can I weigh less, get the same waist measurement? And should I aim on losing inches from my stomach first and then work on my butt? I want to give myself time, so I want to bring in next year with my goal and off to a great start.
you need to look at this and im sorry it took so long to answer
Im 5ft 1..117 and im like a rectangle! with SOME curves..HELP
Hi, I currently weigh 130lbs and my goalweight is 115lbs, I'm okay with my body, but I want to be CONFIDENT and feel sexy. I'm really stuck on what foods and I can and cannot eat and how I should be exercising? I run 5km a day and do yoga occasionally, but apart from that I don't do much else. What can I do be doing to get to my goal weight?
Hi,
Im only 16, 5'3 and atleast 200 ibs. I look under weight because of my natural frame, but I would really like to slim down and tone up. I would like to trim ALOT off of my stomach and love handles. I want to tone the buttocks, but not loose too much of it. I started working out, and I seem to loose my butt before everything else, and its looks terrible. I wish to keep the size of the bottom, just tone, and loose alot off of the top portion of my body. All in building muscle. What videos on here do you recommend I take note to?
before looking at videos
last week i wrote down exercise routine which allowed me to do it at work on my break starting with weighted plyo jumpsquats reps of 15 or 25 then repeat x3 in routine included some pushup s and jumping jack
lost that routine paperwork
can you resend to me
thanks jill boyle

Adrian,
I just stumbled upon this website after my boyfriend and I were looking up to see ideal body weight for our height. I haven't had a chance to fully check out all this site had to offer, but I have paged through several of your guides/videos and haven't seen one of my issues addressed as of yet. I am a 25 year old female, about 5"10' (177cm) and 190lbs (86.5 kg) and have the appearance of a 'thick' type of person. When I was around 18 I weighed 320lbs and lost the weight due to an illness that forced me to eat better than I was before which has left me with a fair amount of loose skin around my stomach, upper thighs and the underside of my arms. My issues isn't so much on how to lose the weight, because you provide that information already, but more so on to tighten back up the skin after this weight loss and the weight loss that is to come (looking to lose another 20ish lbs) without the use of a 'tummy tuck' sort of thing.
Thank you for all the help you have provided in this site and for answering my question. ^^
all the exercises on this page will certainly help firm up and tighten up your muscles but as far as tighten up the skin - I dont know if these exercises will help for sure or not.
some people like you tell me YES while others say only surgery helped them.
i will research this futher to better help more people like you but with that said...
still try the exercises on this page for the areas you need help with to see if you get any results doing that
Hi Adrian,
I have huge thick flabby calves...I have been rubbing firming lotion on them daily, watching what I eat, using elliptical 5x a week for 30 minutes at a time (15 min forwards, 15 min backwards), and doing calf raises every so often. I can't get them to firm up AT ALL!! I am so frustrated. I don't know what to do.
you might just need to go on a better weight loss plan to lose weight all over.
what is your weight and height?
My weight is 158 and my height is 5 foot 6 inches. I used to be 318 pounds. I've kept the weight off for like 3 years now.
Hi, I want a lean, tone, and firm body but I also don't want to look like a dude. Age 18, Height 5'9", weight 138. What should I do?
at that weight and height - aren't you already lean & tone?
Hi Billy,
I am 22 years old and I lost 159 pounds. I am not 159 (I lost half my previous weight) and am very far from being toned. I know I am like this because I didn't strength train throughout my weight loss. I went to the gym with my friend today and saw her workout routine with all different machines and felt bad that I don't have a routine like that. I am not in a financial place where I can join a gym but I want a workout routine to work my whole body and tone it. Can you prescribe me a routine to tone my whole body? I can't come up with one on my own and I've browswed tons of websites. Please Help me.
Thank you.
What kind of exersice should i do if i want to increase my calfs and thighs. You see I'm 19, 5'6 and weigh 108, my upper body is fine but my legs are so skinny they don't match my body. So what exersice should I do to make my legs thicker.

Hey so I want to loose 17 pounds. I am currently 125 and 5' 3". I would very much so like to loose this weight by the end of September if at all possible! Thank you very much! Your site is very amazing.
Hi! I'm having a problem. I'm feeling the workout more on one side of my body than I do on the other side. What does this mean? And one of my calves is more toned than the other one, and no matter what I do it won't seem to "catch up" what should I do?
you can do single limb exercises like single leg calf raises to balance out
Hey I'm 5'5 140 pounds bust 34 waist 29 hips 37. I want to achieve an hour glass shape. Not through a faux quick fix but a true healthy exercise. I heard to get this shape your waist must be ten inches smaller than your bust and hips. YIKES. 19 inches. is that healthy? I want to tone my legs and butt, get bigger hips and tone my arms and a less sagging chest. phew a lot. How do I go about doing this? help please!

Hi Adrian - First let me start off my saying GREAT WEBSITE! You really have answered a lot of my questions! I justed started working out around the beginning of last month. I had gone to the doctors office and discovered I weighed 194 lbs on a 5'4 frame! Eek! I turn 34 next month and I simply just don't want to look this way! At that point, I decided it's time to make a change. I started walking in the mornings and changed my eating habits completely. As Jillian says, if it doesn't come from the ground or it doesn't have a mom, don't eat it, and I don't! I've added some weight training workouts and now that it's too hot outside, do all my workouts inside at home. I lost weight pretty quickly at first - 13 lbs, but am fighting for each lb I lose now. As of today, I weigh 177, but still would like to lose another 30 lbs. Based off your website, I need to workout twice a day/ Mon-Fri. I'm just trying to develop a sequence that will do the best for me to reach my goals, but with all the different things on your website, I feel a little confused on what's best for me. I see that interval training should only be done max 4 times a week, so I'm not sure what other exercises to incorporate into my routine. I would like to look leaner and more scuplted so do I go with scuplting exercises or circuit routines? If not those, then what would you suggest? I already have large hips and a butt, so I need to tone and shape them up. I also have larger breasts, so I need exercises to make sure I don't lose the shape or size of them! My figure tends to be more of an hourglass shape, I've just lost it with all this fat hanging on me. Can you help me put togther a plan for Mon-Fri / working out 2 times a day that will help me achieve my goals? Thank you so much!!
for right now - this is all you need to focus on and you can keep doing the toning exercises as extra (ONly after your cardio/interval workouts) since right now your main goal is to lose fat
Hello,
I would like to lose a little less than 20 pounds, whille getting flatter abs and a tighter butt.
I am often on the road (sitting) and own a store (always standing) so long workouts are not easy to fit in. Can you suggest some exercises I could do during the day?
Many thanks!!!
Going on hols in 6 weeks and although I'm happy with the rest of my body I seriously need help toning my bottom area! I have lost weight and all muscle and tone has completely gone....HELP!! right now when i put the bikini on I have four butts!! 2 inside the bikini and 2 hanging out the bottom of it!! What would be the best/quickest exersice to tone and sculpt my butt.
do this butt workout and remember...
depending on how much you weigh - you may need to lose flab to get rid of the "4 butt" appearance
I stumbled upon your youtube videos and site just now and am so very excited about beginning a regimen based on your advice and exercises. One request I do have is that I am VERY interested in calf slimming exercises, have you any to share?
Thank you very much in advance!

how much do you weigh and height b/c...
slimming is more about diet & exercise than doing a specific exercise
I Have REALLY bad love handles that make me look wide!! How can I get rid of them??

Hi. I am 29 years old and a mother of 6. I have been working out for 2 weeks now and I have lost 5 pounds. My birthday is comin up in 4 months and I want to lose 45-50 pounds. My current weight is 205.6. What are the best excercises and plans that I should follow
Hi Adrian, is it possible to tone up I am in my 30,s and 20 pounds overweight I don't know how to start can you please help me..thank you so much.
of course!!! but remember this...
you will not be able to see your sexy muscles unless you burn off the fat that's hiding the arms you toned up
How many of each of the hourglass exercises should we do. Do we just pick a few from each? How often a week?
I am already an hourglass. I am just out of shape. No matter my weight I have the hourglass shape. Will these exercises help to exagerate it more? If I could tone up and whittle my waist a bit more I think I would be really happy with my look.
Only 1-to-2 from each but see steps 2-thru-5 here and yes...
these will help the hourglass but depending on your weight - losing fat will do a whole lot more for hourglass
