Do this workout to get sculpted arms like Angela Basset...

Every Wed. and/or Sat. or any 1-to-2 non-consecutive days of the week

Part 1
Do 3-to-4 Super Sets of 8 reps of Triceps Dips & *Chair Curls using moderately heavy weights and rest 1-to-2 minutes between each Super Set. (*Moderately heavy is a pair of 10-to-20 pounds for most women when doing chair curls)

What are *Super Sets?:A super set is 2 exercises performed back-to-back with no rest between exercises so in your workouts for example... You'll be doing super sets where you'll do 8 reps of Triceps Dips followed immediately by you doing 8 reps of Chair Curls

Part 2

You can expect your arms to look sculpted like Angela Basset's in 4-to-6 weeks and you can get sculpted arms even faster doing handstand pushups and chin-ups and you may also want to check out Jillian Michaels tips for sexy arms but... depending on how much flab is covering your arms it could take a little longer so...

Go here get on a weight loss plan to get your body fat percentage down to 14-to-20% so you can really have the strong-sculpted-sexy arms you want.

i need too loose 40-50 pounds to be at the weight i should be at. any advice on how to do it the right way and keep working out and eating healthy as a daily routine??

Hello I wanted to know should you do cardio first then weights. Or weights first then cardio? I try to run/walk 2 miles while on my lunch break and would like to incorporate weights to my routine.

it's mainly up to you but i'd rather you do weights first and then cardio but DO what you feel is best for you

Hi Adrian, I stumbled across your fantastic website today whilst looking for toning exercises for my shoulders/arms. I have to be careful as I have a very weak shoulder that partially dislocates easily but I would like to tone up my arms (my least favourite part). Which exercises would you recommend? I can't put any weight on my shoulder, so I'm limited to free weights. Thanks.

look at the videos here for arms and see for yourself what you can do becasue...

I dont want to blindly recommenc something you cant do due to your shoulders and also...

to lose flabby arms do arm exercises plus lose fat with one of these plans

I am trying to lose weight but no matter what I keep these huge manly arms. They are not flabby just to large to be on my body. What can I do?

I m very skinny, don't need to loose weight, but I want musle definition in my arms, thighs, legs, gluts/butt. What do I do?
Any excercises I can do at home without weights, when I can't go to
the gym.
Can I also expect Angela Basset arms within 4-6 weeks?
I want people to see my muscle definition, not just say lucky you u r skinny! I want health & muscle definition! thx for your wisdom on this

Hi Adrian, I have a question? My stomach is flabby after 4 births, I am not fat it's just my stomach has so much lose skin from the pregnacies, can that lose skin be tighten with excerise.
