Do this workout to get sculpted arms like Angela Basset...

Every Wed. and/or Sat. or any 1-to-2 non-consecutive days of the week you choose

Part 1
Do 3-to-4 Super Sets of 8 reps of Triceps Dips & *Chair Curls using moderately heavy weights and rest 1-to-2 minutes between each Super Set. (*Moderately heavy is a pair of 10-to-20 pounds for most women when doing chair curls)

What are *Super Sets?:A super set is 2 exercises performed back-to-back with no rest between exercises so in your workouts for example... You'll be doing super sets where you'll do 8 reps of Triceps Dips followed immediately by you doing 8 reps of Chair Curls

Part 2

You can expect your arms to look sculpted like Angela Basset's in 4-to-6 weeks and you can get sculpted arms even faster doing handstand pushups and chin-ups but... depending on how much flab is covering your arms it could take a little longer so...

Go here get on a weight loss plan to get your body fat percentage down to 14-to-20% so you can really have the strong-sculpted-sexy arms you want.

Natalie,

The only time it matters is if you workout in the mornings where it's to workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to burn more fat but otherwise...

Eat complex carbs (see nowloss.com/199) before to give energy for a more intense fat burning workout

Thanks Adrian, i've just started walking I've just started walking yesterday and i'm also changing my diet. I was eating candy daily and a lot of unhealthy things, so those things are out! I woke up this morning to a ten minute work out, I was able to follow 5minutes of it, lol! Is is best to eat before a work out or after?

Natalie,

I think I recommend 3-to-4 sets of 10 but realize this...

Getting rid of any flab is more about your diet & exercise to burn flab

Shan,

Please forgive me for taking so long to respond - I missed your question until today but...

Your results will come as you lose weight and how tall are you and which weight loss plan are you using because...

You may not be overly obese like you said and If I'm right - you will lose weight but it'll be at a slower rate and the angela basset workout will help your arms get firmer and... Watch this video for a flatter tummy

Karen - Sydney Australia,

The main thing you need to do to get that horseshoe cut you want is to keep lowering your body fat with proper diet & exercise while of course doing the angela basset workout and a good way to lower you body fat if you're already NOT OVERWEIGHT - Is to do this plan here to lose your last 10 pounds of fat

#18
G'day Adrian, I come from the land donwunder.

I love the exercises you have given - angela basset workout. However, I would like to get that horseshoe thing you get with great shoulders and biceps, you know the cut you get?

basma,

Just do either the angela bassett arm workout here or Do this workout for flabby amrs at least twice a week and you should see a difference within 2 weeks - just make sure you use a weight that's heavy enough to make you "feel" your muscles actually working

#16

Hey Adrian!
how u doin?
well, I wanted to ask u, about the exercises..for the flabby arms.
I'm 118 lbs, and 5'2!
my arms are huge.
i think thats because i was super fat then i lost weight, all my body seems that it had slimmed down..and my arms too but not that much..
=(
what should I do?
and is 3 weeks enough to see the result?
can I exercise daily?
and for how many minutes i should exercise!
thank u very much in advance~

I would like to know how to get rid of the "muffin top" that my daughter gave me when she was born. :^) I will be doing the upper arm exercises for toning.

Thanks!

#13

sdds ,

The more fit you are - it may tke you longer to see results or if you don't workout that much you may see results quickly and/or...

If you've never done these exercises before... you'll also see results quickly

How long does it take to see the first results

Risa,

The truth is - whenever you're using weights you'll be gaining muscle and getting rid of flab and as long as you use moderate weights instead of real heavy weights - you won't end up getting real big muscular arms but instead...

You'll get sleeker and toned arms like angela basset's and to truly remove arm & total body flab - you should also do some fat burning exercises here: or  go on some fat loss plans here:

The "angela bassett" arm workout I have posted should give your arms a pretty good workout so I wouldn't try doing MORE sets and if you need a more challenging arm workout...

Just tell me what celebrity arms you wish to have and I'll write up a arm workout plan for you (and everybody's else)

Remember: I'm here to help you!

Thanks so much for taking the time to make this website! I'm very young and yet I have terribly flabby arms. I'm really glad that you set out some methods AND a routine to get rid of them.

You keep saying to only do so many sets a day. Why is that? If I do more will I end up gaining muscle instead of just getting rid of flab?

Risa | 02.21.08 - 1:48 am

Thank you so much for this web site. I have really flabby big arms, partly due to weight and family genetics. I will be starting ASAP.

When you say huge - Do you mean muscular or flabby becasue if they're huge & muscular then you need to cut way back on weight training for your arms but...

If you mean huge & flabby - All U need to do is switch up your cardio routine and do something like weight loss intervals and go on a permanent fat loss plan here

and U could be carrying extra water weight that's making your arms look bloated and you can use this to get rid of water weight
