Hey Adrian,
I have really floppy arms, my shoulders are full of fat and every time i move my arms, i can feel them shaking like jelly. same is the case with my butts and thighs. I tried doing the push-up exercise but i couldn't do it. any other suggestion?
Also, i dont know what that muscle is called, but the one at the back of my knee to the ankle is really fat. what should i do about it? the only shapely part of my body is my waist

What kind of exercise can you do to loose the bra-strap flab? Whenever I wear spaghetti straps clothing you can see flab all around my arms and back. What can I do to get rid of them FAST.

Hey Adrian! I would like to strengthen my arms, but not make them look super muscular. I already have a fair amount of core strength, but my limbs are notably weaker. I just want more practical strength in my arms essentially.
Another thing is: I am a woman, a rather thin woman, and I'm afraid to work out my arms as I don't want to run the risk of decreasing my already little chest size.
So which exercises would be the best to strengthen my arms without decreasing or toning my chest?

Thanks for posting these videos - they are terrific! While I could certainly stand to improve my figure in many areas, I am most self-conscious about my upper arms. I am committed to working on this problem area, but would love to see some improvement in the next three or four weeks (vacation). You demonstrated three exercises, but my question is, for maximum results, should I be doing all 3 every day vs. one exercise a day vs. all in one day and then resting for a day? (There are sooo many variations of my question, but I hope you get my drift) Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide!

im trying to loose as much weight as possible in three weeks can you please help me ? i want a smaller stomache and smaller arms what should i do ? 
I love this exercise and I enjoy the way you modified it so those of us who are new to exercise equipment can use a milk jug. How simple is that?! I filled my milk jug with sand so I can store it and continue to use it. Filling it up with water was not something that I wanted to do on a daily basis, so the sand works for me. This exercise is easy to do, when I watch TV, I work on my arms! I've noticed a difference in a few weeks. I've been working out for two months now and the back of my arms were totally suffering, in fact I felt that they were getting worse! When they say you have to have an exercise for each body part, that is so true! Thanks Adrian.

one more quick question,
what else can I do to gain muscle mass (primarily in my arms) without using expensive supplements. are there any workout routines you recommend. I want to bulk up as quick as possible, but with good results.

I am 19 years old and have a wedding to go to in july and I am at the point where I want to see a change in my arms. My question is, how do i know the difference between arm fat and an arm that just has saggy skin? i ask this because i heard that in order for one to see muscle or to tone, one must loose the fat first. So i wanted to know how to tell the difference. My other question is, how many times a week would I have to go to the gym to see results by July, i am a pretty committed person and willing to make this work. if you could get back to me, that would be awesome.

Hello, my name is Temperance Bennett and I am very interested in losing a lot of weight. Right now, I am 235 lbs, and I am tired of this weight.
