i have already large breasts that began to sag.i mean that are not very fallen..but i think they are enough slack..but absolutely not firm.how can i make them firmer?is this possible?the most people say that we cannot fix saggy breasts and the only way to do this is via plastic surgery.if it is possible in how much time can i have the desirable results?

Nikki,

I can't really say how much weight because everybody -even beginners- have different strength levels but I can say that the women I've trained on that exercise start off with 10-to-20 pounds and very few can do 30 pounds to start with

YES - Go here and look at these upper body exercises for women look for Chest (breast) Firming Exercises... and You can also look at this youtube video for breast firming exercises but remember...

None of these exercises actually increase your breast size - they only make your breast look bigger by making them more firmer
