Hello Adrian, I am 35 years old and I lost 17 pounds without exercise. Now my breasts are sagging. I was 36C and now i am 34C. Please could you tell me what should I do to make my breats look good.

I am 25,I have this sagging breasts since 18 and my breasts are big ..they ae 34 C sometimes D. what can i do to them.they are sagged and I really dont have confidence.what kind of excercise I shoud do to lift them Up and lilbit smaller.plz help

hello Adrian..
I m very disappointed with my work out .. i dont know wht to do.. my breast are 36d and they are kinda saggy.. i do the pec fly excercise 8 to 12 reps and do 3 or 4 sets and i do them 3 or 4 times a week.. it have been 2 months that i am doin but i havnt seen any result yet... i am also excercisin to lose weight too.. so can you help me how to firm up or lift my breast plzzzzz

Hello Adrian thanks for the reply.. so as i said i couldn see any result (still saggy not firmed)even i did chest work out and you said its because i have more fats so what should i do... as i said i am 23 yrs old 120 or 118 Ilb... and 5 foot tall so should i continue losing more weigt and once i lost weight then i should do the chest work out... thnkssss

you an do BOTH - lose fat + firm up at the same time for results

Hello Adrian first of all thanks for the great website

It has been over month or so that i am excersing to firm but breast but i havnt seen any result yet.. i am so disappointed. I am 5 foot tall, 23 yrs old and 118 pound and my breast is huge , its 36 D or even bigger than that.. It looks too saggy .. i start using pec fly machine also lay on my back and use the dumbell in both hands i do almost 4 times a week chest work out to get firmer but no result yet... now a days i use the pec fly machine and do 4 or 3 sets of 10 reps .. i am also thinnking that coz i am excersing to lose weight so that could be why i havnt noticed my breast firmed yet coz of losing weight... I dont know what to do?,,, Can you plz help me ... or tell me if i can do the pec fly machine and if yes how often ? and yes i don want my breast to be bigger will be happy if it gets firmer or if possible smaller a bit... THANKSS

this is the plan you follow for firmer breast but...

it seems to me like you're breast are mostly fat which means you really cant firm up fat and i think you've probably already got the results you want - it's just that...

you cant see those results because you have larger breast and like i said...

you cant firm up fat so as you lose weight you will be able to see the fruits of your labor

Hi Adrian,

I keep reading online that losing weight and exercising breasts won't lift the breasts OR make them bigger but will in fact make them smaller which will then make them even saggier if they are sagging already, is this true? If so, how can I avoid making them smaller/saggier while losing weight? I hope there is a way.

breast/chest exercises will make them firmer and make LOOK bigger and once you lose weight - you may or may not lose breast size depending on how overweight you are

hey im kind of young (16) and ihave likk 50 year old woman saggy breasts and its not cute (this is no joke) ioften wear two bras to make it seem likk they are still up because all the girls my age have nice perky brests and idont so is there a way ican get my breasts to look my age withour surgery?

I know this seems to be the opposite problem from many women. I came to this website primarily to find out how to lose my "last 10 pounds" for my wedding in July. I also have been looking for exercises that might make my breasts look (believe it or not) SMALLER because I am about 5'2" and one of my breasts is a 34DD and the other is even bigger (a DDD?!?) I really hate the way they look, and hate shopping for shirts because I either have to buy them too big, or look like I have daddy issues lol. Are there any exercises that will help minimize these monsters? All I could find were exercises that make them look bigger, and that is obviously the last thing I want to do! I know I should be doing pec flies to help support them so they don't sag as much. Anything else I could be doing? Thanks!

hey, im a 5'8 18 year old female who has been struggling with my wieght for a while, ive never been so call "fat" ive just always been a thick gurl. im not flabby or anything but i was prego for 5 months and unfortunately i wanst able to have him....right now im struggling to get my baby fat off an nothing is really working for me. i need to lose at least 50 lbs by May, my targeted areas i need help on is my belly/waist, arms, thighs an back. what would be the best excerises i could do to eliminate these problems???
