The pec flye exercise to lift saggy breast
This is a great exercise for women who want to add more lift to sagging
breast and even for women who want to
make their
breast look bigger
As this exercise gets easier...
- Add more weight to the pec fly machine and/or increase the time
you hold it from 3 seconds to 5-10 seconds and...
- You can get faster & even better breast lift results if you
only do 2 reps holding it longer than 15 seconds when you lower the
weight a fourth-way back and a half-way back.
- To get a good workout... just remember to do this exercise for 3-5
reps... Rest for 2-3 minutes and do this breast lift exercise again
for 3-5 reps 2-4 more times and...
You can expect your breast to get firmer after the first week if...
You do this workout twice a week and once you're satisfied
with your breast toning... You can do this
workout to make your breast look bigger only once a week to maintain

I cannot get to a gym...is there anyway to do this exercise at home without equipment?
