It won't shrink your hips.
It'll only make them firmer and rounder (better looking) and/or make them bigger if you use heavy weights.
Only weight loss with diet & exercise will burn fat around hips and make your hips shrink

i am 5ft 8 inches tall. I was told by my gym instructor recently to nudge my hips against a wall or sit on the floor and shake my legs till they hurt every morning and evening that it would aid in enhancing my hips. I dont really think that is right. What do you think, is he right? I don't want to do this and then loose more weight on my hips, cos as it stands already i already feel like i have the shape of a man. I'm really desperate to gain my hips back. Thank you

hi my name is sleek and am 21yrs old. I am very conscious of my weight and never feel i look good enough. I find it very easy to burn weight on my thighs and hips and very hard to burn on my arms, stomach and sides.
