hi, i am 21 years old and have got medium height but i am too lean and thin, i want increase my overall weight along with my hips and the size of my legs, i want to gain about 7 kgs of weight but i am not being able to do so, plz do suggest me some effective measures, i would be very greatful..

Hi, I'm 27 and weigh 45kg's but I'm 144cm in lenth, I'm very short. My BMI is 22 but I don't feel satisfied and my biggest problem area are my hips, thighs and bum. Can you please give me some exercise to help me make them smaller / get them in shape? Please note that I don't have any acces to a gym or any tools.

hi, im 17 years old and im about 5"4 and 110-115 pounds, i have an issue with pants sizes, i have really really skinny legs but im much fuller at my hips and a bit of my thighs, i really dont care if i increase my leg size or decrease my hips, though a bit of both would probably best suit me, i was wondering if you could possibly help. thank you

I already have big thighs and a big butt,
but i want to tone it out not so that it is thinner but like the thickness still looks thick cause there is still some fat on it. By any chance will this work out make it all firmer and rounder

Do you have any workouts for pregnant women? I usually do weight lifting/cardio/pilates. I would like to be able to still maintain my muscular legs and butt however i dont know what i can do that's safe. I am 14 weeks. Thanks!

I WOULD LIKE TO INCREASE MY BUTT SIZE AND DECREASE MY WAIST SIZE. I HAVE GAINED WAIT IN THE PAST TWO MONTHS THAT HAS TOOK ME FROM A SIZE 9 TO A SIZE 11.I HAVE KNEE PROBLEMS SO I WOULD LIKE INFO ON BUTT EXECISES THAT WOULD NOT PUT PRESSURE ON MY KNEES!

Hi, im 14 and i weigh about 130-145 it always changes. Im 5ft 8in so my mom tells me its just me height. My problem is my butt and thighs i would like to find a way to get ride of the cellulite and actually tone it up to have muscle instead of fat. How can i accomplish this?

i am 5ft 8 inches tall. I was told by my gym instructor recently to nudge my hips against a wall or sit on the floor and shake my legs till they hurt every morning and evening that it would aid in enhancing my hips. I dont really think that is right. What do you think, is he right? I don't want to do this and then loose more weight on my hips, cos as it stands already i already feel like i have the shape of a man. I'm really desperate to gain my hips back. Thank you

i weigh 69kg. Have also observed that even at my thinnest i dont weigh less than 58kg. Should i be scared of something?

hi my name is sleek and am 21yrs old. I am very conscious of my weight and never feel i look good enough. I find it very easy to burn weight on my thighs and hips and very hard to burn on my arms, stomach and sides. I try to work out regularly and avoid working on my thighs but recently i noticed a serious weight loss in my hips and thighs. What can i do to gain weight in that region and still loose weight in my upper body? thank you.
