Hello, I've been on your site, I'm very interested receiving your free DVD. I'll give u overall of myself. I'm 40, my weight is 135 & I'm 5 foot 2. I've had 5 kids, I've had breast implants yr's ago still look good. Being married & having children i stay busy but I've let myself go over years & I'm no longer toned. I have 1 kid & rest them are all grown. I'm going thru divorce & I need focus back on me. I have saddle bags, small belly with couple rolls. Inner & outer tighs rub against me when I walk causing me keep pulling shorts down. My kids pick on me about my butt, they say it's like jello. I have cottage cheese on lower part my butt & legs. Will your DVD help lose fat & tone me? I so want to b able wear bathing suit & look good in shorts this summer and have sexy tone legs. I cannot afford gyms being I'm single mom, what can I use around my house along with your DVD that will help me get results I want & need. Please help!

Thank you so much for this site. I'm a breast cancer survivor and contrary to popular belief, treatment doesn't always make you lose weight--I gained--40lbs! My immune system as well as some muscle tissue is still weak, so the gym is out of the question for me. I have been able to complete a healthy eating plan and workout routine (Dr approved!) with this site. Again--thanks, God bless

What can i do to shape up my legs ive lost 43Lbs and my legs are all jiggly looks like jello when i walk i want to be able to wear shorts or a short skirt but i will not until i shape them up.. not to mention i have to shape up the rest of my body as well but my legs and inner thighs look the worst... please HELP ME!!!!
