How to workout your lower abdominals
while sitting down in a chair

Get a chair and a table just like I did in the video above and put a TV on the table so you can watch it while you do this exercise and... Every time a commercial comes on - do about 8-to-12 reps and...

Only do this for an hour or 30 minute TV show and if you don't have a TV... Just do 4-to-7 sets of 8-to-12 reps and...

Make sure you have a slight bend in your knees so you can work your lower abs more and...

Once a day is fine and you can get good results doing this for 4 sets of 8 reps twice a week but remember...

You need to lose belly fat to see visible abs

Since this is the 3rd time I seen this question - maybe it's serious so YES...

You can lose weight masturbating, talking, watching TV, thinking or any actvity but...

Doing those "lazy" activities will not cause you to lose any significant amounts of weight so...

Stick to things like intervals (see NowLoss.com/i), walking or running for real weight loss

Hi,
I'm an 18, female, weigh 117 pounds and am 5'5. Ok, first questions first.
Should I loose some weight and what would my ideal weight be?
My lower abs are sticking out, but I am not sure if it's because of fat or bloating, so I am not sure if what I should do?
Should I loose some weight or just do exercises?

you can also loose your weight with do some exercise like swimming. swimming is very good exercise,due to this total body work out, other case sex is also determine as a good exercise for total body work out....

I have been going to the gym now for about 8 months. Recently, I undertook some importtant examinations, but during revision periods, my mind would continually be distracted by the fact that I wasn't working out or going for a run. I think it is through fear that I will loose everything I have done in my time at the gym. Is the gym like an addiction? How can I satisfy my obsession with keeping the muscle that I have already built, without wasting my time?

I'm 5'8-5'9 and i'm around 200lbs, i'm not seriously overweight and some of it is breast and muscal fat. but i have a pretty decent sized stomache, i eat an average amout (sometimes not enough) but i can't seem to get my stomache in shape. people say it's partly cuz i skip meals ( usually only breakfeast) do you have an exercise that can fit my crazy schedual? please help me

any of these exercises will fit

you need to lose belly fat doing cardio/intervals + diet to lose stomach fat

I had a thought. I've looked at your workouts an I was wondering would if be a good idea if I were to throw them all together and do them all in one day as a workout? I've been bodybuilding for over a year now and just want an extra edge to make those abs finally pop. Girlfriend loves them but I want to make them better! So would it be a good idea if I were to throw all these workouts together for an entire workout in one day maybe twice a week? Thank you!

Not all of them - just pick one and do at the most 4-to-6 sets of that ONE exercise.

it's not quanity - it's quality workout.

I am not completely over weight and supposively I am at a healthy weight for my age and height, but I want to get rid of problem areas. It hard to lose it because i have to eat what ever meal is prepared or me. I need tips on exerciing and a plan that i will stick to. I have a problem with sticking to a plan at times i push my self and then i fall right back in to the trap of eating when im not even hungry. I wanna look good in a and find a nice boyfriend. Big run in the family and i have a little pooch and tights that constently rub. Help me before i am ready to give up.

I have 14.5 inch arms but 42.5 inch Chest.II workout heavy, but my arms dont grow. I knw abt compound exercises and do them too. I eat healthy too. What shud i do? Suggest me a workout plan, diet and other things.

Hi,
I;m 53 and until about 7 years ago I was in pretty good shape. Then I had 2 back surgeries, a total knee replacement, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and then PPS ( post polio syndrome) hit me, and my body has become flabby. I try to excerise but, find myself hurting the next day, then down for 2 days. What could I do to help tone up and strengthen my body? I am almost ready to throw in the towel.

i am 25 years old and weigh a whoppin 325 lbs i haz had 12 little crumpets i have a mojor problem with my stomach area i cantz even see my toes or my groin area i am very low self esteemed i have had done many many many diets in my life none have seemed to work until i found out that starvation iz the only way to go. its not that im not eating its that i dont have any money to buy food becuz of my little crumpets. they have run me down to my mommas house so yah im fat and ugly. i be lookin like ah yeti every day with my krusty toenails cuz i like to wear dem flipper floppers. i must have the ugliest body in da world. besides the fact i look like a yeti, i have facial hair now and completely NO buttocks wat so ever. im shaped like the way my momma made me. i got saggy, floopy, droopy nasty krusty breasts, i cant even call them breasts cuz they be hangin down to my toes and all up in peoples nose. so yah im fat wat of it.peace out homes.word to your mother......and ur dady too

I'm 5'1" 29 yrs & I'm not fat or even slightly overweight by any means. I actually think I may be underweight at 100lbs. I'm petite in built & the prob I have is that I tend to have a little pooch in the area just above & below my belly button. How do I get rid of this?
