How to workout your lower abdominals
while sitting down in a chair

Get a chair and a table just like I did in the video above and put a TV on the table so you can watch it while you do this exercise and... Every time a commercial comes on - do about 8-to-12 reps and...

Only do this for an hour or 30 minute TV show and if you don't have a TV... Just do 4-to-7 sets of 8-to-12 reps and...

Make sure you have a slight bend in your knees so you can work your lower abs more and...

Once a day is fine and you can get good results doing this for 4 sets of 8 reps twice a week but remember...

You need to lose belly fat to see visible abs

Since this is the 3rd time I seen this question - maybe it's serious so YES...

You can lose weight masturbating, talking, watching TV, thinking or any actvity but...

Doing those "lazy" activities will not cause you to lose any significant amounts of weight so...

Stick to things like intervals (see NowLoss.com/i), walking or running for real weight loss

hi,
u say to do 12-20 reps every time a tv commercial comes on..
but seeing as I dont even have a tv lol i was wondering whether u could give me a number of reps to do for a DAY?

Truthfully... all ab exercises work your entire ab region and truthfully...

there is no such thing as an upper or lower abs because your "abs" are just one muscle but YES...

You may "FEEL IT" more in your lower abs when doing hanging leg raises

Hey, whats up. First off, I gotta say your site is awesome. I don't think I've seen this much free info in...well ever. So thanks for that and I had a question: do hanging leg raises work your lower abs more than upper, or is more of an "overall" exercise? And then same thing with hanging knee raises- lower or upper or both? Thanks in advance bro.

I wouldn't focus on doing crunches and you should just stick with the ab workout here and if by better abs - you mean "visible abs"...

im trying to build a 6 pack, and its going alright but my quick question is should i work my abs everyday? or should i have rest periods like for example one day work out abs and the next upper body, then the next day abs againg and so forth

You'd have to be really overweight in order for that to happen and...

if you did find a way to lose 10 pounds in one day - I betcha you'll gain it all back the next day as well

Here's the deal...

Everybody has a six pack and you can build a 6-pack pretty quickly with the workout here but...

If you can't see your abs -that means you do have belly fat and you can't see your abs until you lose belly fat

The treadmill, stepper, bike, or elliptical machines will get rid of fat around your midsection but as far as gym machines for building your ab muscles - I can tell you that the crunch machine or rotary machine works your abs but... I don't know if your gym has those machines

It shouldn't hurt your back but This exercise reverse hypers may help your back but I'm not a therapist or doctor so ask a doctor first if this is okay for you to do with your back condition but... I really think it'll help your back

hey im loving the exercises you have listed here w/o expensive equipment you're doing an amazing job!

i have a weak back, and i know that's something i'll have to strengthen, but would this exercise strain it at all? there seems to be no posture when working your abs here

I am 15 years old and looking to shape up my body for the summer. I would like to tone my body better. I want to lose weight. However, I would like to tighten my thighs, arms, stomach, and get rid of the small amont of excess weight on my neck and face. I want to tone my stomach so it is tighter and I have nice abs. Make sure you do the movement in a slow and controlled manner and YES... you will feel it some in your upper thighs (hip flexors) but you should feel your abs working as well

It's okay not to feel sore but... You do want to either change the workout somehow by either adding more reps, sets, more weigth or maybe doing a different exercise.

So i have been doing this workout 3-4 times a week an im on my second week. The first week i could totally feel the work out nad i felt sore, but this week i have done it 2 times and i dont feel sore or anything does that mean im doing it wron, or is it ok not to feel sore?

Wow, proper use of internet. I will do your chair, table, chair, floor work-out for lower abs. thank you. I have have a knee injury. Normally I walk about 12-15 miles EVERY DAY.
I keep my weight down by doing so. (with proper deit ofcourse)
I desperatley need a work-out I can do sitting down for a while.
