I am 15 years old and looking to shape up my body for the summer. I would like to tone my body better. I want to lose weight. However, I would like to tighten my thighs, arms, stomach, and get rid of the small amont of excess weight on my neck and face. I want to tone my stomach so it is tighter and I have nice abs. I would like to accomplish all of this without losing any of my breasts or my bottom. I would also love it if you could give me some diet and exercise tips. Thanks so much!

I have a little pouch of fat below my belly button, and i would like firmer thighs. I am only 14, so i have NO IDEA which of these are the right exercises. help me plz!

I think I am doing the chair exercise wrong because I can't seem to get my feet of the table and my back starts to hurt. How should I be positioning my back?

Make sure you do the movement in a slow and controlled manner and YES... you will feel it some in your upper thighs (hip flexors) but you should feel your abs working as well

Hi my name is nikita im 14 years old and im going away to florida the end of this year! I wana get in shape for the summer and holidays obviously i dont want to do intense cardio because im still young, i want to shape my lower abs( below the belly button) and and my love handles Please could you help me???? thangk you p.s i would like to know how to work on my upper thighs too thangx

It's okay not to feel sore but... You do want to either change the workout somehow by either adding more reps, sets, more weigth or maybe doing a different exercise.

So i have been doing this workout 3-4 times a week an im on my second week. The first week i could totally feel the work out nad i felt sore, but this week i have done it 2 times and i dont feel sore or anything does that mean im doing it wron, or is it ok not to feel sore?

i have a flat and pretty toned upper abs but i have a little pooch under my belly button how do i work out to loose that part to

Wow, proper use of internet. I will do your chair, table, chair, floor work-out for lower abs. thank you. I have have a knee injury. Normally I walk about 12-15 miles EVERY DAY.
I keep my weight down by doing so. (with proper deit ofcourse)
I desperatley need a work-out I can do sitting down for a while.
