Simple exercise for firmer butt, hips & hamstrings

The make this an effective butt & hamstring firming exercise...

Try to balance on 1 leg the whole time you're doing this exercise and it's understandable that you may lose your balance while doing this exercise because... it'll take some getting used to before you can do this exercise while keeping your balance but...

The whole time your doing this exercise - you want to squeeze the butt muscles of the leg you're balancing on to maintain your balance and to get a great butt blasting workout and if you still find this move too hard...

Try the easier 1 legged deadlift that also gives you a great butt, hips, & thighs workout.

I have just started back working out, and came across your site that have been very useful; however, I am having a problem targeting a particular part of of my leg. I have fat around the area behind the knees, at the bottom of the thigh area; I do not know what that is called but there is fat/cellulite there so visible that even though I am slimming down, I will not dare put on a dress above the knees. Can you tell me what I can do to tone/reduce this area? Thank you.

fat loss comes with diet and exercise (not toning exercises) and...
