This looks too simple to be true, but it actually works.
I would like to add that please be a bit patient if you've just given birth because it may take a couple of weeks for your brain to make the connection to those TVA muscles but as soon as you can feel the control of the muscles coming back, start doing it. If you keep pulling your TVA muscles in, you may get in the habit of that being a part of your default good & confident posture (as in; you'll do it without thinking about it much), you'll be shimmying around like a dancer all day and looking and feeling really good for it.

I have had two c-sections, and am looking to lose my lower pooch. I dont know if my muscles have just not healed completely yet, or if I am just not working out right. I don't overeat, and would like to know a fast way to look skinnier. I have been taking diet supplements that I have noticed a differenc, but it hasnt gotten rid of the pooch that I have gained after having kids. I have heard that if your hips are out of line it could cause this "pooch". Help please!!!! I am 5'11" and weigh 163 pounds.

I have been working out and doing ab exercises but for some reason I can not get the buldge at the bottom under my belly button to go away. I am 5'3.5 and weigh 156 I love my curves I love the big butt big thighs big hips and could stand for a flatter stomach and bigger bubbs. I am currently doing the workout to gain weight and curves but for some reason my baby pouch will not go away I always look bloated. I can tighten my stomach and make it hard I feel the muscle underneath I just can't get the pouch flat. Is there any advice or tips you can give me please... I want to have a killer body by Nov. is this possible.... FYI I am a beginner at this I have always loved my curves but now at 30 I want to tone everything to have like a Beyonce'/ Lisa Ray/ Jennifer Lopez body with the booty the hips & thighs and calves too minus the flabby arms and tummy. Basically I look ok in a bikini now but I want to look SICK at 30 :-) Please help......

I just found your site by total accident-perfect timing! I am 5'4 at 190 pounds. I use to have an hourglass figure and I let laziness let my stomach protrude as far out as my butt!
I just decided two weeks ago to finally get my diet together, and I am literally starting to workout this weekend. I've always failed before because I didn't have a solid workout plan that I knew could give me real, lasting results.
Can you help me? I really want a flat stomach. I really, really DO. When I start to see results, I get excited and MOTIVATED.

I used to be fat, lost 20 kgs my stomach is flat the only problem is the lower part sticks out a bit. i mean really lower abs bit not the midsection. This makes my stomach look like a different section to my legs. I want my abs and thighs in a way that they are a straight line if you look sideways. Im wondering if this is loose skin or just a bit of fat stored there. Is there anything I can do? Im a bit sceptical on whether this lower part of my stomach will go in because when i suck in/breathe in my lower abs goes in but then my upper part looks abnormal, and my ribcage shows and this looks abnormal. Its hard to explain i hope you can visualise what i mean. Any advice?

I have had 2 kids by c section and i am 24 years old. I am 5'2 and 140. I have horrible inner thighs (and so does the rest of my family) and since my c sections, i cannot get rid of the pooch under my belly button. I am really trying to eat as healthy as I can and i have given up all soda. I have an office job and 2 kids, so finding time is rough, but i am motivated. I am leaving for Hawaii in 11 months and i want to feel confident when i walk out in a bikini! I need your help PLEASE!

These exercise it's very similar with stomach vaccums right? But on stomach vaccums you have pull in your stomach even more.
But i have 2 doubts about stomach vaccums, do they really shrink the waist? And do we have to hold our breath while doing it?

Don't hold your breath while doing it and they will make your waist a little smaller but to truly get a flat stomach and smaller waist you need to go here and lose belly fat

im in the navy and i felt i lost to many inches. my measurements are 36-30-40 now. i liked myself when i was thicker. i had lost 20lbs on the boat because the navy has stipulations and lost everything. i did the BCA calculator and saw that i can still have my shape provided that my waist was small. i used to be 36-30-44. now I want to gain the inches on my thighs hips back but drop the inches in my waist. my goal by july 2012 is to have my waist between 24-26 and my hips and butt back at 44. so i feel its realistic. so if you will what food and calories and excercises will i need to achieve this goal by july 2012.
