I am 22yrs old, 5'8' and weigh 133lb (trust me it does NOT show, its ALL muscle, Im so freakin small :-(...) and I used to run track and cross country, still do though I no longer belong to a team. I have a toned, muscular figure but I feel like my butt just doesnt match. I got the flat stomach, no breasts (thanks to genetics, running and weight lifting) and no butt. If I cant have natural breasts, at least I could have is a nice butt. Tips please. LOL

work your hips, butt, and thighs? What do they do to your hips? Because I have very nice curves and I don't want the hips to go anywhere. And I saw in a previous comment convo. that some pain is not the good pain. How do you know if it's bad pain and how do you avoid it?
& Thanks for putting your vids and things out. They are a big help!
good pain = soreness in the muscle area
bad pain = joint pain like a sprain or something
i want to build my thighs, have bigger butts and hips
Thanks for alll the wonderful tips!!! My question is I am genetically a petite woman! Had a baby almost 3 years ago (c-section) I liked the new weight gain and really just wanted to tone up and loose the pouch...I started working out a couple of weeks ago and think I really over did it with cardio...So my new curves are now gone!
(Butt and Hips) So, How do I loose the pouch without loosing my butt and hips?
what you lost was butt and hip fat (which is GOOD!)
Now you need to go here to get sexy butt & hip muscle
hi im 17 and im about 5'5 and weigh 140 lbs.
iwant to know how to get abs and a biqqer/toned butt.
ive tried doinq some of your workouts but i cant really do them.
the problem is that inow have a weight training class and a personal trainer came in and had me doing some workout and now my hamstrings are killing me. inever really worked out before but when i did the workout i was feeling fine. now my hamstrings hurt like hell. when i walk the back of my thighs hurt and when i sit down. I cant even bend down all the way anymore because im in so much pain. ive tried stretching them but it hurts even worse. Help??
ADRIAN, CAN YOU RECOMMEND A NICE TASTING SUPPLIMENT THAT WILL NOURISH MY MUSCLE ONLY.
Any protein supplement will help your muscles and the ones I use (I LIKE) but other people who've tried it said it did not taste good and...
most supplements help - you're just going to have to go thru your own trial and error and find the best fit for you but me...
I take optimum nutrition chocalate whey
Is it possible to get bigger hips (upper part) and smaller waist? The kind of waists and hips that i like are those that are similar to the hips and waists of corset-users (but not to a very great extent--corset users have VERY small waists, which makes their hips look really big) I just want "moderate" curves. I'm large built but I can confidently say that I am not fat. I'm not tall either. I just want more curves in the hip area to not make my "wide" shoulders" so apparent. Also--about the calf exercises, will they make your calves bigger or smaller because I have kind of bulky calves so I want to slim them down.
all of that is possbile
okay thanks. 5 sets it is. once school starts back i can get back in the gym finally. i'm going to do the squats on Mondays and Wednesdays when i'm in the gym and try to increase the weight each time. then the rest of the week is cardio to continue slimming my waist and tummy.
Lisa
yes i guess there's good soreness and bad soreness. i've never had bad soreness, i always do what my trainer says, i never over exert myself, don't wanna do bad damage.
so i was thinking using a bigger weight of course and doing maybe 5 sets of 8-10 reps or 3 sets of 20-25 reps. how's that?
the 5 sets of 8-10 reps would be better
hey Adrian. yesterday i did squats with my 10 lb dumbbells because that's all i have at home. so i did 3 sets of 15 reps. today i feel a slight ache in my left butt cheek. that means my butt's growing right? i think so. i just want to be sure.
Lisa
Yes - you can say that but what it really means is that you damaged your butt muscles enough to cause your body to repair and grow back your butt muscles bigger and stronger and to keep this effect going - you're going to need to use more weight, do more reps and or more sets and also...
Soreness is not always an indicator of a good workout
i can't go to my gym now because i'm on vacation from school and it's closed now. so, my plan was to work out 3 days a week for 20 minutes at home on the treadmill, maybe using the incline and do 3 days of squats and kickbacks. what does the treadmill do for your butt anyway? does it make it bigger in any way if combined with the squats?
i'm thinking it'll make it and me more shapely granted if i lose a few more lbs.
as you lose fat = you'll get more shapely but doing squats ill make your butt bigger and the treadmill on an incline will just firm it up without making it TOO big
