Hello! First, I want to say thank you for making all of these videos free, and you can do them at home to!
But, the real question is if im 13, and 130 pounds, and do these excersises 2-3 times a week. How long would it take for my thighs, and legs to look slimmer? Or, bulky? Maybe, even lose some weight on my thighs?

I'm 15 and about 5'5". I weigh around 165 pounds, but I'm not chubby. I really have the body of an athlete, which would be great if I was a boy. Anyways, I'm a mix of muscular and curvy which is nice, but the muscle has really affected my thighs and legs. People have often reffered to my legs and thighs as tumors, or they said that I must have been a horse in my past life because I apparently have the legs of one. I want to know if there's anything I can do that will really affect my thigh size to make it smaller, and an effective workout that can make me lose 10 pounds?

Hi, Im 15 and an irish dancer and I have stronger thighs because of it.. but I still have an extra pound or two on my inner thighs. Will this help me loose the weight there, tone it, or both? Also how often should I do this exercise to see results with in a week or so?

I'm 5'4" and i weigh 118lbs. I've recently lost 50 lbs by working out on a treadmill and an exercise bike at home but after all this, i have thighs that are very wobbly as well as arms that are excessively flabby and look ridiculous. Will this exercise be efficient to tone up the inner thighs and would it work if i do it without cardio exercise as well because i do not want to lose anymore weight. I just want to tighten my thighs. Please help

You don't need to lose any weight but you can certainly do the inner thigh exercises here using less than 5 sets doing 8-to-12 reps of 2 inner thigh exercises to make your inner thighs look thinner

In my NON-professional opinion - I think it's safe for you to do the inner thigh exercise kicking the box but I still advise you to talk to your doctor about this

Hi Adrian,
I have read all of your thigh slimming excercises and want to ask if the one pushing the box with weight in it is safe while pregnate? I am 4 months pregnate and although my weight is fine, my thighs are flabby and I'm trying to tone. I eat low fat high protein 4-5 small meals a day and hardly any sugar.

Laura,

I don't think MORE weight loss is the answer here in your situation since you already lean and look good so...

I would do more direct inner thigh exercises here to firm up that area and stop the jiggle

Hi Adrian, I seriously have really big thigns,inner part is like jello. I do 5 hours of cardio a week, high intensity, alternating running, elliptical, walking at 10% incline/4.0mph, spin class, have been doing this for 5 years; I quickly lost 30 pounds, am 5'10", 150 lbs, size 6-8. I have increased the intensity and length of training over the years; my upper body gets skinnier and skinnier (my chest ribs show like pictures of anorexics)yet the thighs don't change a bit. Stairstepper kills my 48 year old knees. I also do leg presses with 150 lbs, some leg extensions and curls. The trainer at my gym was really stumped. Please, there must be something!

I'm boy 5'10" with 165 lbs but with inner thigh circle of 24". It always makes me looks bad in my jeans. How many times I have to do this exercise? Can I do it everyday, 2 times a day of 40 yards? I'm really desperate to lose this stubborn fat.

I have worked out almost every day for the past two and a half months, along with eating a healthy diet. I have noticed results in my upper body (arms, shoulders, and back), and lower thighs. My belly, although while feeling firm when I press it, still has tons of hanging skin that make the measurement greater. I have had three children, and I'm afraid I can tone the muscle all I want but the skin is not going anywhere. In this case, is my only option a tummy tuck or skin tightening procedure? If I work so hard dieting and exercising, I want to be able to wear that two piece!

Are there any ab/lower stomach exercises that truly restore the skin?

bear with me here (my knowledge of loose skin is limited) but...

The ab exercises will firm up the muscles and if it's truly LOOSE Skin - I don't think anything workout or diet wise will help you

54 yrs old and arm and thigh flab. Flab all over and 40 pounds over-weight. I had an illness that took a 5 yr struggle. It made me lose all my muscle and had a very sedatary lifestyle. Now that I am well and made it through that journey , you have inspired me that I can get back in shape. I can get my muscle back. I can be healthy and toned.

I work at a desk all day and decided to try putting a box under my desk to push back and forth as your inner thigh exersise shows. I can feel the burn today. Do you know how many calories this burns? Also, do you have any other exercises I can do here at my desk?

Hi Adrian, I was wondering if you have any tips on how to slim down muscular legs? I work out 6x a week (weights 3x, yoga/pilates 1x, suspension/TRX 1x, and mixed martial arts 1x). I am 5', 98lbs, 41yrs old and was using XL & SM plates for my squats (no lunge weights) and felt my legs getting big so I dropped back to SM/MD/LG plates then dropped to no weights and it seems like my thighs are getting bigger. I have slowly added workouts to my original 3x/weights over the last 6mos so I'm not sure if it was the weights or the additional workouts increasing my size. I've seen some feedback saying to add pilates to slim down thighs (but keep tone), but I'm not sure how I could squeeze any more into my schedule. Any advice you have is appreciated!

The only way to really slim down muscular legs is to not DO ANY exercises for your legs - you can do that to allow your muscles to shrink or atrhophy
