i am 17 years old, a majority of my life i have had cellulite on my thighs, legs, and even my arms. i weigh 156 lbs, and everyone is telling me i should try and lose some weight. however, my stomach has loose skin, but im told that its a different form of fat. i've always had big thighs, and a chubby stomache. i dont know what to do. i ride my bike to work four days a week and its a good 2 or 3 miles. what else can i do to lose weight? i dont have time for the gym and i just need to know what i can do. im 5'9" and i weigh 156, is that bad? i look bigger than i weigh and i have very bad cellulite on the back of my thighs and calfs. do you have any suggestions? its really affecting my self esteem. and one last thing, what can i do if i dont really have an option in what i eat at home? my mom cooks a lot of beef and pasta and just a bunch of carbs. this whole loosing weight thing is so confusing to me. i greatly appreciate the help. :)

i want 2 reduce thighs from last 3 months i am doing cirle exercise,setups,side lifts,n many more exercise...to reduce my thighs...but result is not there...
