If I were to do this video 3 times a week with 2 repitions each time, how long do you think it will take me to see the results?

if you mean "slimmer legs" then you wont "SEE" results until you also lose fat with diet and exercise

Well I am really aiming for toning up my legs not necessarily slimming them...so does that take a long time to achieve with this video??

toning results come quick but if you have fat down there then dont expect to see your results

Hi Adrian,

I have lost a significant amount of weight and my thighs are very jiggly and the skin is anything but firm. I want to make my thighs firm...I don't want them to always move when I move.

Is this video the correct one for me? And how many repititions will I need to do of it per day and how many times a week?

I am currently 5'6" and 157 pounds.

Also, how long until I notice results?

this video will work but the main thing you still need to do is keep losing weight to get rid of the flab

Hi, I just stumbled upon your website while searching for inner thigh exercises. I'm 5' 3'' and weigh 154 pounds, and a real couch potato. My main points of dissatisfaction are my fat stomach and huge thighs. But what recently started to conern me is the appearance of red/pinkish stretch marks on my inner thighs (more on the left leg??). I'm wondering if thigh exercises can negate their development or not, and what else would be necessary?

hey, wasnt there an exercise for thighs that u do 30 sec then 20 sec rest, and 10 times on both legs? i think i did tht exerrcise for 2 days and it really seemed to work, my thighs hurt coz of working out but after that when i did the exercise again, i dont think the effect was the same, i didnt feel anything the day after tht no pain nothing. and i dont think its possible my thighs got used to that exercise in just 2 days =/ and i rlly liked tht exercise...

It's is possble and not being sore does not mean you haveet done anything but...

to keep getting results...

do a different thigh exercise here or... do your thigh exercise for more reps or use weights (ankle weighh)

I am 16 and I am 5"5 and currently weigh 143 pounds. I look normal and fit but my thighs are really big. I exercise for 45 minutes everyday and have been doing so for 2 months now. I have only lost 3 pounds. Please tell me what i am doing wrong because i want to bring my weight to 130 pounds.

Hello... i happened to see this video.. i am actuly 15.. i am 5'4 and weight 130... i look very normal but i still feel and am probly overwieght.. can you tell me exactly how many times a day i should do this and for how long? well im on summer vacaion and for the past few days wen weathers not warm i go outside and jog/run and ride my bike.. i wana loose atleast 15 pounds.. can u also tell me an excersise to loose face fat and/neck fat? and also i dont wana get stretch marks while losing weight cuz i happen 2 have alot.. .thank you so much for posting this video =)

this will only firm up your thighs and you can do the workout in the video 1-to-2 times a day 3 times a week if you wish but...

Hello,
I am 54 yrs old I am 5'4 have put on weight due to a few problems I weigh in at 154 lbs. Iwas at 125lbs and I am just so depressed and in need of help. I have bursitis and a bad rotator cuff in my left arm/shoulder and just got through other major health problems. I need to lose 30 lbs within the next 3 months. Any help I would be so very grateful.

I am 31, female, 5 61/2" tall - big structure currently weighing almost 79kg after losing 4kgs! My thyroid doesn't function at all -on medication and have PCO.
I drink about 3l of water (its tropcial here) and try to work on gaining my healthy weight, Have to lose around 50lb
i work on an orbitrack at least half an hour a day, but why my weight drop is so slow? i use calorie count to maintain around 1400 cals a day
i started my programme on 28th of April.
feeling frustrated

Hi,
Thank you so much, i feel like as if i have a personal trainer!
I have the will to achieve my target and I am in the process
yesterday I did 20 mins interval workout - (home - running between chairs) and i made it through all the 20 mins- did not stop!!!

I know i can influence positively many young lives if i achieve my target as i am into teaching!

well i'm on summer vacation right now, and i really want to lose my love handles and inner thigh fat within a month and a half or so. do you have any videos on losing love handles? and how many of the inner thigh workouts should i do a day?

i want to lose the fat off my thighs. i want to tone my legs so they're thin. i am going on vacation in almost a month so it needs to be a fast working workout. i don't want any diets or anything because i'm only 14 but i don't want to loose too much weight but maybe 5 or 10 pounds. i am about 5'6" and i weight about 130 pounds. i want to be thinner and have thinner thighs. what exercises can i do around the house that can tone my thighs down a lot!
