Thanks for your videos! I am currently in the process of doing butt exercises to get a fuller backside. My concern is, however, that I don't want huge hamstrings to go with my new butt. My lateral hamstrings are fine, but I find that my medial hamstrings are already a little large for my liking. Nearly every butt exercise I've seen mentions that it works out the hamstrings too, so I'm a bit concerned. Do you have any suggestions?
you're right in the fact that every butt exercise here will work the hamstrings to some degree but if you stick with the butt bridge exercises (with your knees bent instead of legs straight) then you will mainly get a butt workout only with very little involement from thighs and hamstrings.

The right side of my butt is larger than the left. Do you suggest working out the right side more in order to reduce size? Or should I work out the left more to strengthen and increase size?

hi, my weight is 85 and im 4"11 im happy with my flat tummy and curves but my boobs are soo small i hate it! i have been told alot that you cant actually make them bigger but are there any exercises that will at least make them firmer, bigger if possible, but NOT like a guys pecs!! haha also the hill sprint exercises will they make my legs thicker like my calves too? cause i have complete chicken legs but my calves need more muscle than anything
Hello Adrian, my name is Radu, I'm 16, male , 154 lbs, 5 foot and 7 inches tall and my problem is that I was obese last year( 213 lbs) but now I lost some weight, did some exercises and my chest is bigger than my abs. My only problem is that I have an extremely fat butt, I barely find any jeans to match my butt size, I have no problem finding clothes for my upper body part. I just want to lose that butt or "spread" it a little bit all across my body. I have much strength and good endurance, I am perseverent. I just need some exercises to reduce my butt size. it seems to me that at that weight you may not have much fat around your butt or lower body are to lose (i wont know unless you send me a pic of you) but...

So this may sound strange but I am going crazy! I have been doing your workout for like 2 weeks for a rounder butt. My problem is only one side is getting rounder! I have no clue why I am doing it on both legs when doing squats ect. What is wrong with me!
That is the exercises I have been doing.So I just do it on my left leg to get the other side to be more rounder? The what cause the other will be crazy looking..Why is it only making one side rounder?
it's probably b/c you're are using one side more than the other without realizing it

I am very young, 18 and 5'1 1/2'', with a one year old. I'm a 30 years old male, I have a slim body but with a fat ass and some extra weight on my lower Abs wight embarass me as a man.
Last summer I spent 1 hour on cardio machines in the gym plus an hour on weigh lifting, on a daily basis. This was associated with eating healthy food (No soft drinks, no white bread, only grilled meat..etc).
The results were strange my waist went down from 36 to 32 "inches" but the general shape of my body became worse! because my face and upper part of my body (chest, shoulders..) were the most affected part with this workout & diet. They became more skinny ". I was like a "skeleton to the extent that every person saw after holiday was asking me " Oh my God! are you sick? are you suffering from something?"
Some coaches recommend a diet to reduce the fat of my lower part , others recommend to increase weight so that my upper part get balanced with my lower part.
Sorry for this long story but I really don't know what to do???
