hello, I hate my thighs... theyre a mess. All the weight I gain goes there. I think I may have a circulation issue cos I have cellulite, nodules, spider veins and the skin look all soft and lumpy inside...
If I do any effort (walk, house work) I dont even feel it there, I just knees down...
I need to reduce my thighs and get them in shape?

when you lose weight - you lose all over and everybody loses weight in differnet places at different times and NO...

you cant lose weight on a certain spot but...

You can tone up certain areas to make them look better as you lose weight.

Thanks, the thing is that everytime I lose weight, my breasts shrink and I still look fat from waist to knees...
How can I only lose weight in that zone? (I mean, only my hips, thighs and saddlebags)...

Hi, Id like to know if theres a way to get rid of saddle bags... Ive always had them even when I was skinny. Also reduce my fat thights.
I use to have a nice butt but Im really out of shape now and need to lift it without it or my fat thights getting bigger.
And last... after breastfeeding for 3 years, Im left with lemon size droopy, saggy breasts. Is there anything I can do to make them look fuller and firmer?

Hello, Adrian. OK, so here is my story..My name is Sarah, I'm 25 and trying to lose a little bit of weight. My problem areas are my tummy, which is getting smaller/flatter everyday; love-handles and butt. The last time that I lost quite a bit of weight - my tummy, boobs and butt were the first to go. I have a pretty medium sized butt but I'd like it to get bigger if I could..I just don't want the fact that I'm losing weight to hurt my butt! I don't want it to go anywhere, in fact I'd like it to be a little bit bigger. Do you have any tips on how to KEEP my butt AND make it a little bigger? I am embarrassed to ask, but I'm a pear shape and while the side view of my butt is fairly round, it looks like my butt has asped in the MIDDLE along the crack of my butt!!...not a pretty sight...

I am about 40lbs overweight and am losing weight.

I've been doing your butt exercises,but which one(s) can I do to work the middle (along the crack) of my butt to lift it back up ? or do you think that this will go away as I lose weight?

I have been working out 5 months now I have seen a change in the form of my butt, but the muscle is not what I hoped for I am still very lose, I am thin but my muscle tone is just not there.

I am in pretty good shape, but I unfortuantely have no backside at all! So in other words, my butt is flat, and is it possible by performing these exercises, it would give me a "bigger" butt?

I am very young, 18 and 5'1 1/2'', with a one year old. My weight is about 105, but I have a little extra skin on my tummy and I really want to somewhat get rid of my fatty love handles, any suggestions? I know I need to tone my tummy a little. I just want it to go away as fast as possible. The love handles are one of my MAJOR issues.

I'm a 30 years old male, I have a slim body but with a fat ass and some extra weight on my lower Abs wight embarass me as a man.
Last summer I spent 1 hour on cardio machines in the gym plus an hour on weigh lifting, on a daily basis. This was associated with eating healthy food (No soft drinks, no white bread, only grilled meat..etc).
The results were strange my waist went down from 36 to 32 "inches" but the general shape of my body became worse! because my face and upper part of my body (chest, shoulders..) were the most affected part with this workout & diet. They became more skinny ". I was like a "skeleton to the extent that every person saw after holiday was asking me " Oh my God! are you sick? are you suffering from something?"
Some coaches recommend a diet to reduce the fat of my lower part , others recommend to increase weight so that my upper part get balanced with my lower part.

Sorry for this long story but I really don't know what to do???

I've been doing this exercise and after five or ten reps my lower-back gets, well, not sore, but it's uncomfortable. I don't know what I'm doing wrong - is this normal?

I am female, 28, 5'9", 115lbs. I have 2 little girls at home. I am skinny with no real curve. I cannot gain weight (I've tried lots of medical intervention). All I really want is to "tone" and create some curve without burning so many calories. Can you help me?
