My problem areas are my tummy, which is getting smaller/flatter everyday; love-handles and butt. The last time that I lost quite a bit of weight - my tummy, boobs and butt were the first to go. I have a pretty medium sized butt but I'd like it to get bigger if I could..I just don't want the fact that I'm losing weight to hurt my butt! I am embarrassed to ask, but I'm a pear shape and while the side view of my butt is fairly round, it looks like my butt has asped in the MIDDLE along the crack of my butt!!...not a pretty sight...
I am about 40lbs overweight and am losing weight.
I've been doing your butt exercises,but which one(s) can I do to work the middle (along the crack) of my butt to lift it back up ? or do you think that this will go away as I lose weight?
