This butt exercise and this butt isolation exercise here are both good exercises for just firming, toning & giving you a rounder butt without making it TOO much bigger so...

You can Do this butt exercise and/or this butt isolation exercise here at the beginning or your bigger butt workouts to help you 'feel it' more in your butt muscles when doing the "bigger butt" exercises like squats, Dumbbell Squats, Bulgarian squats, Lunges, and 1-legged dead lifts and...

If for some reason you can't do this butt exercise on a bed or table... You can do Reverse Hyperextensions on a ball or You can do them on a glute-ham bench Don't go as fast as the guy in video and...

To see the best results only doing this butt exercise...

You should do this exercise 2-to-3 times a week and when you do it... Do it 3-to-4 times and each time you do it - do 12-to-15 reps (repetitions) and try to hold at the top for 2-to-5 seconds and...

While holding - squeeze your butt muscles as hard as you can.

Extra Tip: You can get faster results if you place a weight between your feet or wear ankle weights while doing this exercise.

Hello, Adrian. OK, so here is my story..My name is Sarah, I'm 25 and trying to lose a little bit of weight. My problem areas are my tummy, which is getting smaller/flatter everyday; love-handles and butt. The last time that I lost quite a bit of weight - my tummy, boobs and butt were the first to go. I have a pretty medium sized butt but I'd like it to get bigger if I could..I just don't want the fact that I'm losing weight to hurt my butt! I don't want it to go anywhere, in fact I'd like it to be a little bit bigger. Do you have any tips on how to KEEP my butt AND make it a little bigger? I've been doing the laying on the pillow workout and I'm starting to feel it after 2 days of work! Thank you so much, I hope that you can get back to me as soon as possible! Please help! I am embarrassed to ask, but I'm a pear shape and while the side view of my butt is fairly round, it looks like my butt has asped in the MIDDLE along the crack of my butt!!...not a pretty sight...

I am about 40lbs overweight and am losing weight.

I've been doing your butt exercises,but which one(s) can I do to work the middle (along the crack) of my butt to lift it back up ? or do you think that this will go away as I lose weight?

Hello, I hve several diffirent problems, I have a but that has fallen and out of shape, the top part is flat now and I hve saddle bags, and flabbie thighs and arms. I have a 24 hour fitness pass. Would the stair master help? And the Leg press also? I like working with machine more than just doing all this. Is there any machine in the 24 hour fitness that i can do to make me have a sexy perky butt?

If you have 30 pounds of fat to lose and if some of that fat is stored in your hips & butt - you will lose hip & butt fat making them smaller as you lose weight but...

HI,My problem is that God gave me body without Butts. My body has appropriate fats everywhere.I am not overweight.But i absolutley dont have butts.I run on treadmill for 20 mins a day at 8KMPH to remove some extra fats on my abdomen and to remain in shape.I dont have hills near my place. i tried some of your workouts,and honestly,i dont feel pain in my butt,i feel more in my legs...specially that workout with table,i feel more pain in my torzo and arms,than in butt...
my knees are burning,lol,i am afraid i ll have muscular legs cuz of this and that my butt will still stay flat...

here's other glute exercises you can do without machine or weight assitance and Here's the best foods to eat and your butt got smaller while doing squats because you lost fat off your butt and to get bigger butt muscles...

you're going to have to use heavier weights and low reps but if you don't have weights then doing hills sprints will build up a bigger butt

I have seen a couple of workouts I can do at home for fast glute muscle building. I want to know if there are any others I can do without machine or weight assitance? If your butt has some fat on it like those women in the music videos - You will lose some of your butt size as you lose weight but...

You can lose weight and gain "muscular" butt size By doing some of the butt exercises here

It seems to me you're willing to do what it takes to get the body you want so that's a good thing but your problem is...

No time and back problems so..

Read the best way to lose weight fast - this should help you lose weight without doing much calorie counting or exercise giving you time to take care of your kids and as for your trouble spots...

The best i can do is recommend you Go here and look at all these body sculpting exercises and see which ones you can do without hurting your back and i also recommend you of course see a doctor about your back and ask him if these exercises are okay for you to do.

Hello im 36 and just had my eigth child,before my last child i was very active and was 170(at 5"6) i looked alot less and was thin actually,friends thought i was 130.well since this last child(c-section_i am 6 mnths postpartum and still look nine mnths pregnant.weighing now 229.severe back pain prevents me from alot of floor(situps)exercises.i am doing some pilets and changed my eating habits,but cant seem to lose these HIPS,STOMACHE and HIPPO BUTT.oh and inner thighs also.oh...hhhhand now i have a double chin(never had one before!)Please help me with something that also really works and fast,now im always home and and not as active as before,too much at home no time to get outside.Its also really nice that you are doing all this and without a request for money(like all the other sites.Thanx a million.

My butt is big and wide.I have fullness at the top and kinda flat at the lower half.

After my 4th child. I went from 215 to 177. But I have yet to hit my regular weight of 150. I am a pear shape. I need something to lose the all over body fat and be tight and tone by 8/1/08. I am currently doing 1hr cardio on empty stomach in the morning. Thinking about adding that to the afternoon also. What is the best route to take.
