Best ab exercise to get ripped abs fast at home using 2 towels

I can do sit ups with a 45 pound plate, I can do free hanging leg raises where I touch my toes to the pull-up bar,
My body fat is 13.5%
But when I stand straight I have a slight gut... I will try your TVA excercises I think weak TVA might be the reason

I have done this for the firat time, and I can really feel it!
I have tried different excercices in the past, but somehow they are not as intens as this one.

How important is it for the floor to be slippery? None of the surfaces in my house really cause my hands to slip, which might make this too easy?

Pullups = 2x a week but more than 2x a week if using only bodyweight

dont i just burn belly fat by doing workouts like intervals? i do this ab workout when i wake up in the morning along with a 10min kick boxing cardio routine plus your at home jumping jack intervals. then when i get home from school i do all these again plus the ski step intervals. i have been doing this for about a week and a half plus a diet of raw foods and occasional whole grains and yogurt. i have lost 5 pounds so far but im getting discouraged.....

how hard will it be for me to loose 15 more pounds? im 5 6' and 135 pounds. i dont really care about gaining too much muscle i just want to loose all the fat hanging in awkward places.

Hey Adrian,
I'm Danny i am 16 and currently on early steps on the long ladder to being a personal trainer. I would like some advice on my training programme please. I am currently 5ft 11" i weigh 146.4 lbs i am class myself as fit i do cross country and have made it to two county races, i have won 800m 5 times at school and hold the quickest time, i play field hockey my position is left midfield so i have a good level of speed and have a good stamina in our mens team i have training wednesday nights and games every saturday. I go to gym everyday possible except tuesday as that is my rest day. I would say i have ok abs i would love to get my lower abs shining like my upper abs. Basically i would like help with improving my lower abs and most definatly biceps and triceps as we all know they impress the girls aswell as give me a cracking shot in hockey Thanks in advance sorry if the above is too much just wanted to make it accurate for you.

Okay, I know sit-ups will flatten tummy. But what about actually shrinking the waist. I have a large waist. Is there anymore exercises besides oblique crunches that will shrink the waist. I just don't like crunches. I need something more creative to make me want to do it. (Like your video with the 2 towels for six-pack abs) anything like that for the waist?

I came across your videos whilel looking for ideas to lose weight. I stopped on nowloss.com and saw the chair video. I like that so I looked for more of yoru videos. I am in tears right now because you make it so simple and easy. These are things I can do at home with things I have at home already. Thank you so much. Right now I am 250lbs 5' 2" and will be 33 yrs old. I will follow some of the plans for diet and do the excercises in your videos. I will keep posting my progress on here. I will make me and you proud. Thank you so much. OMG I na't stop crying.

thnx for sending the dvd.....i did my 1st exercise today n i m very happy that i burned few calories.................hopefully i stay motivated n do it.....how many days a week shud we do this ???? my stats is Height : 5.8' Weight : 205lbs....i wann burn my tummy fat.......hate that cylindrical shape............
