Okay well I am 16 years old, 173 pounds and 5'5. I really am self concious of my body and i need to lose weight and gain a tight thin body as soon as possible. I am not comfotable in my own skin anymore and ifeel that my body issues hold me back from alot of things in life. I have stretch marks on my sides and legs also. I came across your video today and thought id try it. I am going to do the the 10 reps and hold each for 10 seconds three times a week. Im hopeing this will tone out my body well. Im already very skinny so I probably won't have to loose much weight. Any other things that will help. I JUST want abs, and more toned arms.
How often do you think is good to do this ab workout? Like 2-3 times a week, every day, how often? Thank you

I really don't care about gaining weight as long as its muscle. i have a muscular build with my shoulders and my chest but i have more belly fat than what i really want. i really want to lose stomach fat in about 1-2months. what do you suggest?

I've been surfing the net for topics and vids about weight loss because I wanna lose at least 10 pounds of fat. I have visited sites stating that they know the "best way to lose pounds fast".. and it's so frustrating whenever I scroll down the page or click "Next".. the "Add to Cart" will appear! Me and my family have no money to pay for those things. We dont even have a PayPals or something like that. And then I have watched your vids on Youtube and I'm glad you made your vids so simple and easy to understand! I'm Danny i am 16 and currently on early steps on the long ladder to being a personal trainer. I would like some advice on my training programme please. I am currently 5ft 11" i weigh 146.4 lbs i am class myself as fit i do cross country and have made it to two county races, i have won 800m 5 times at school and hold the quickest time, i play field hockey my position is left midfield so i have a good level of speed and have a good stamina in our mens team i have training wednesday nights and games every saturday. I go to gym everyday possible except tuesday as that is my rest day. I would say i have ok abs i would love to get my lower abs shining like my upper abs. Basically i would like help with improving my lower abs and most definatly biceps and triceps as we all know they impress the girls aswell as give me a cracking shot in hockey

Okay, I know sit-ups will flatten tummy. But what about actually shrinking the waist. I have a large waist. Is there anymore exercises besides oblique crunches that will shrink the waist. I just don't like crunches. I need something more creative to make me want to do it. (Like your video with the 2 towels for six-pack abs) anything like that for the waist?

I came across your videos whilel looking for ideas to lose weight. I stopped on nowloss.com and saw the chair video. I like that so I looked for more of yoru videos. I am in tears right now because you make it so simple and easy. These are things I can do at home with things I have at home already. Thank you so much. Right now I am 250lbs 5' 2" and will be 33 yrs old. I will follow some of the plans for diet and do the excercises in your videos. I will keep posting my progress on here.
