i just want to increase the girth and lenth of my breast. bcoz my boy friend said that he love big boobs, i need immediatly. tell me what should i do for that. and one more doubt. fore play will increase breast size ? waiting for you reply
And oh yeah ... you haven't mentioned how many sets and reps for this one. And how many times a week should I be doing this? And how soon should I see a difference (if a difference is possible without doing push ups!)? =)

Hi. You recommended the bigger breast workout to me a few days ago and I took a look at that and I MIGHT be able to do it but I've NEVER done push ups before. And just doing ONE gives me a tough time. Heh. This exercise is MUCH easier. I did it with 1 kg weights and was thinking I could take 2 kg weights to make it harder. My pecs were a bit sore after the first time but nothing the second time round.
I COULD try doing the push ups but my question is this: will doing this give me the same results? Or do I HAVE to do the proper workout with the supersets and all to make any substantial progress? I'd prefer an exercise like this as long as it is equally effective ... if not, I'll give the push ups a try. Grunt!
