besides pull ups what can be done for wider thicker lats... Plus what can b done to get a "thicker" back? Thanks a bunch

Good exercise and demonstration, but doing it that fast risks injury, and you're using momentum to assist the movement to make it easier, that's cheating! Try counting to 5 seconds each direction. When you can't do any more reps, hold mid way until you're ready to scream and your muscle fails. Done correctly, 2X a week is sufficient. BTW, if you can do more than 7 reps you should then add weight as shown.

Hi Adrian,

I'm a newcomer to your site and find your exercises execellent. I'd like to tone and decrease my midsection (mid drift) are there any exercises that I can use to concentrate on this area?

Gee | 05.10.09 - 4:24 am

BeEazy,

Yes but...

You'd have to be creative with what you have in your own home.

What about buying a chin-up bar and doing pullups?

Any way to do this exercise at home without the equipments?
