If you can't feel it in your arms - Then you need to come down more and once you can come all the way down until your butt touches the floor...

You can elevate your legs on a chair or bench and then come all the down.

If your arms are big & muscular like a man's... You need to stop doing weight training exercises for your arms so they can atrophy (shrink) some but...

The weight you use depends on your fitness level but... You want to choose a weight that's going to challange you and usually - Most women should start off using a weight between 8-to-12 pounds (or 4-to-6 kgs)

What would be the a good weight to use to tone up flabby arms - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 kgs? I'm not overweight at 55kgs but would like to tone back of arms
