How to build firmer arms using paper towels

Very Important >> ONLY MOVE YOUR ELBOW JOINT & nothing else...!  If you move anything else you'll take away from working your flabby arms.

If you can't feel it in the back of your arms or triceps - Then you need to come down more and once you can come all the way down until your butt touches the floor...

You can try elevating your legs on a chair or bench like in this video here but without the extra weight and then come all the down.

8-to-12 reps means repetitons or how many times you do the movement so you DONT do this workout 8-to-12 times a week and after you do 8-to-12 reps that = 1 SET and then you rest about 1 minute after each set and usually

You'll do 3 sets of 8-to-12 reps for a workout and you would do the workout 2 times a week

A set is where you do about 5-to-15 reps and with this particular exercise -

You should do 8-to-12 reps per SET so you'd do 3 sets of 8-to-12 reps (resting 2 minutes after each set) twice a week on Monday & thurs for example.

Hiya ,

Month ago I was nearly 83 Kilos and then decided to join gym and really worked and burnt so much by doing cardio exercises and controlling my diet I finally reach to 72 kilos in almost 6 weeks , but yet I feel I do have this pooch belly , I just wana know how can I get rid of this belly to get atleat flat belly and then I should start working on six pecks ... I am a 56 yr old female and I have noticed a considerable "bingo" arm, ya know the kind that wave in the breeze. I have always been very thin and really can't understand the "under arm" thing..except that I have gotten older. What is the deal with that.

I have looked at your site..are these exercises quarantee success if done as you say 2-3 weeks?

My weight is too heavy and it hard for me to do the reps. what can I do. I find it hard to lift my legs.

Does this only tone up your arms? I'm a woman and I don't want my chest built up. Of course it's fine for shoulders or whatever but I really don't want a muscular chest. Thanks.

If your arms are big & muscular like a man's... You need to stop doing weight training exercises for your arms so they can atrophy (shrink) some but...

The weight you use depends on your fitness level but... You want to choose a weight that's going to challange you and usually - Most women should start off using a weight between 8-to-12 pounds (or 4-to-6 kgs)

What would be the a good weight to use to tone up flabby arms - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 kgs? I'm not overweight at 55kgs but would like to tone back of arms
