How to build firmer arms using paper towels

Very Important >> ONLY MOVE YOUR ELBOW JOINT & nothing else...!  If you move anything else you'll take away from working your flabby arms.

If you can't feel it in the back of your arms or triceps - Then you need to come down more and once you can come all the way down until your butt touches the floor...

You can try elevating your legs on a chair or bench like in this video here but without the extra weight and then come all the down.

Hi,
I am 30 yrs old. I am not fat, but I do have some cellulite that I would like to get rid of around my thighs and butt and a little on my muffin top. I would also like to get rid of my muffin top. I am 5 feet 4 and a half inches tall and about 135 lbs. I dont really want to lose weight, but I would like to tone. Can you tell me where I should go on your site for a workout plan and diet plan for my exact body? The trainers at my gym are not very helpful...

I would really appreciate it.

it sounds like you just simply need to lose overall body fat so basically...

I really want to bring my body fat percentage down to 17% as it is currently at 26%. I am a 5'8" female at 145lbs. I was hoping I could do this in only 30 days. Is this possible? What do I need to do?

you should shoot for 1-3 pounds of fat every week but the fastest way is with this plan here

hi. my name is aya, im 21 yrs old and a filipina. stands 5'6 and a medium built. i would really love to have abs but im having problems losing my belly fats. i've been working out and the only thing i notice is that i' beggining to have muscles but the fats remain. i've have my diet plan that consist of no rice diet. but still fats remain. I'm a 28 year old female and weight 130 lbs l would like to tone my arms. I keep reading about protein and carbs. How many meals shouls l be eating a day? and also l do not want to gain weight. toning your arms is fine and I don't know your height but...

doing this to lose more weight is what will get your arms like Wendy Robinson (is that the one from the Steve Harvey show?)

Is there a way to get rid of big arms without having to lose alot of weight. For example, i am small but I carry most of my weight in my arms. However my arms are not flabby in fact they are actually toned. Are there specific arm exercises I can do to decrease the size?

I have a little fat in belly. I do crunches and some push-ups. Cud u help me for a correct food regimen to avoid more fat and a good pattern for tough chest and abdomen.

I have searched and searched for an exercise regime that was "fat friendly" and I've found it! Regardless of size I think anyone can start with your easy instructions. I'll be back with progress notes if all goes well!
