What's your weight and height because you may have to lose FAT to get a smaller waist

Hi. I am NOT trying to lose weight at all, I want to get curvier. a smaller waist (I put on fat on my stomach, rounder hips, a bigger butt, curvier arms and legs etc. I am worried about losing fat on my lower half since it is thinner than my upper half and of bulking up my midsection with exercises.

No - you won't lose any significant amounts of weight sleeping but look at fast weight loss tip #21 on sleeping

Goals:
Lose 1-2 inches on my waist
Build up my legs/butt
Tone up arms

I'm hoping by losing another 5 pounds, I'll shed those waist inches. After that I'll focus on muscle gain. I don't care how much weight I gain, so long as it's not fat.

I'm thin now, but I don't feel tone at all. I'm looking to get a fit n' sexy shape.

Pike crunches - 3x/25
Jumping jacks - 2x//100
Ski steps - 2x/100

Mon, Thurs:
Reverse hypertensions - 3x/15
Elevated lunges - 3x/12
Dumbbell squats - 3x/12
Angela Basset workout

Tues, Frid: Beyonce Workout

Mon, Tues, Thurs: Treadmill - 20 min (warmer weather - outside run)

Fridays: Hill sprints

Body stats:
5'7"

38-28-39
Body Fat - 21% (this site) 24% (other sites)
1400 - 1500 calorie intake

The 20 min run is a must as I have a 1.5 mile run I have to do every Oct. in apprx 12 min.

Hi, I've just discovered your site. I think it's great. I'm 25, 119lbs. I don't want to lose any weight. However, I do want to gain weight, and have a great figure. I do have a little, but not much belly fat. I want to focus on flatter abs, a bigger butt, a smaller waist, bigger breasts, and bigger calves. I do want to do a full body workout also. I need to know what exercises to do, and how often to do them. I also have my own workout routine for my legs that I do in the gym. How often should I do my leg workout also. Should I do cardio? If so, how much and how often.

faraharshad, If you're saying your breast size got smaller then the reason it got smaller was because you lose weight which caused you to lose breast fat making your breast smaller

Don't be depressed!

You're already loosing inches so what are you depressed about?

I think you're doing a wonderful job so far - Just stick with it and one main reason why you may not be losing weight is because you are gaining muscle which is a good thing since muscle makes you loose inches and look thinner but...

You can look at how to lose weight faster to speed things up

hi,Iam doing 25 mints tredmill intervals,17mints criss cross interval, 15 mit stair climbing,
7 mints rowing,15 mints cycling, 3 days a week, and the alternate day iam doing 35 mints tredmill and crisscross and weight traning 60 mints,2 days,iam not loosing weight, right now iam 66 kg with the height of 5.1inch. i need to loose 35 pound and iam taking arround 1200- 1300 calorie, but iam not loosing weight but iam loosing frm inces.plz guide me .iam so depressed

Hi!
Well my waist is 11 inches smaller than both my bust and hips, so i think I'm an hourglass. But still when I'm standing up looking in the mirror, my shoulders look a little bit wider than my hips. I looked through your exercises for hips and have been doing them. But do you have any exercises that will give me bigger hips with out working the quads too? My quads have gotten a lot bigger, which i don't really like. And i want to make sure they are really making hips bigger... not smaller.

i am 5'7 and weigh around 130-134. what intervals on the treadmill (speed, height, and time) should i do to build a larger booty instead of just cutting the fat?

Hi, first off I want to say that I love this site. The easy to follow instructions and the motivation tools are really helpful. Now to my question, I am happy with the size of my butt, but I want my hips to become a little more rounded and my midsection to be more narrow basically the hour glass thing. Is there any way to achieve this without loosing too much of my butt?

If you used to be 120 then the best thing you can do for a flatter stomach is to keep losing fat while doing the Body Sculpting exercises for a sexy midsection here and since it seems like to me you know what to do to lose fat since you did lose 150 pounds on your own (GOOD JOB!!)...

I suggest you also look at how to speed up your weight loss if you're in a plateau

I had 2 very rough pregancies back to back. I had toxemia which made me gain an EXTREME amout of weight! I had topped out at 340 lbs from 120. Needless to say, I have been working very hard to loose the weight. I am down to 190 now and have had extreme troubles trying to get my stomach flatter after 2 c-sections. I have tried everything I can possibly do...can you please help me with this. One side of my stomach is lower than the other. I hate to look at myself or have anyone else look at it.

I have to start off by saying THANK YOU. Your page is so detailed that your step by step instuctions makes it so easy that anyone can follow. There's alot of us out there that can't fit the gym scene into our lives, but you make it that we can create our own gym at home with your program. I just discovered your page today. TO get a ciara + Serena body depends on firstly on how much bodyfat you have now so I'm assuming your bodyfat is normal but if it isn't - first you need to go to NowLoss.com and focus on weight loss first but...

I can't really say for SUre BUT...

You should see some positive results in 7 weeks (really less than that) and please note...

If you have lots of fat in your butt area - your butt will acutally get smaller as you lose fat from your butt area
