Just remember for the first part of the exercise to pull the weights by your waist and for the 2nd part of the exercise to only move your elbow joint.
After you done the workout , rest for 1-2 minutes and do the workout 2-3 more times and try to do this whole workout 1-2 times a week and you'll start to see the jiggle in your arms go away and the wings of fat on your back will start to go away and...
I am researching all programs to loose weight and tone at the same time but quickly, I would like to find something that I can work out at home due to me being a single mom with no extra time. I have struggled for a year now to loose and I have, but I am not seeing the results I want. Please help me tone my whole body.....inside there is a little woman screaming to get out.
