How many sets and reps of these back and arm exercises do you recommend? And can this be done twice a week?

about 3-to-4 sets of 8-to-12 reps to b done 1-to-3x a week and this will help firm up your arms and back and remember...

you need to diet & exercise to lose any arm flab
