Fola,

These inner thigh exercises will do very little to burn any body fat but no matter what weight you use...

they will tone your inner thighs to make them LOOK slimmer or less fat but...

You need a weight loss plan to remove any kind of fat

Hello, thank you so much for all of this. Quick question: I am pretty athletic, but have a lot of inner thigh fat. How much weight should you use on the cable machine if you are trying to lose A LOT fat on your inner thigh? (i.e, should you use heavy weight with few reps or light weight with many reps). How many sets should you do, and how often?

Hill sprints would probably be the best thing you can but if you can't do those...

Hey, Im a 5'ft 1 45 year old female,107 pds. Ive had five kids, They are all grown.& Im really not likein the side saddles it seems Im deveolping the older I get, Id look good if it wasnt for those, I dont know how to get them firmmed back up, I wont let my great boyfriend see me naked cuz I hate this part of my body so bad, can you tell me how to get my hips back to normal? spitefireshelby@hotmail.com

NO - the only way you'll get a good inner thigh movement using "that same leg motion in the cable machine workout video" is to do this workout using a cable machine but... You can go here and use ankle weights for that inner thigh video

While I'm on break at work, do you think wearing ankle weights while using that same leg motion in the cable machine workout video will have a similar effect on the thighs?

hi in eighteen years old and since graduating from high school, ive gained a bout 15-20 lbs because im not so active anymore and am not participating in sports, ive recently started excercizing again but unfortuatly i cant seem to get rid of the stubborn fat on my inner thighs. How can i tone them?!? Help!

hello I have naturally big legs. I want to tone my bottom half, but not look skinny. I want to have a rounder firmer butt and tone my thighs and legs up where I carry most of my weight. My thighs are need the most help. what type of exercises can I do and still maintain my shape and curves. I am 5'3 140 lbs. and I do not live too close to a gym so what type of workout can I do at home, and what type of food should I be eating.

Hi Adrian - first of all LOVE your website. I've forwarded it on to a couple of people for further insight. Second, I have a thigh problem. I have skinny muscular legs and thighs, however at the very top of my inner thigh, there are two pockets of fat that makes my legs touch. It's gross. Are there any exercises I can do to target those fat pockets?

I can probably help you better if you sent me a pic but what I'm thinking is...

that is probably just muscle you are talking about but I do understand it can be some minimal fat there so in that case...

skinny people like you need to do this to lose stubborn fat
