hi adrian i don't want to loose fat in thighs instead i just want to make them bigger but also i want to get them toned this is for my legs and my bum what exercise can i do
I am 27, 5'3" 190lbs. About 3 yrs ago I lost 30lbs in 4mos and became really toned. I spent 4-5 days at the gym 3 hrs a day in classes or weight training.
I do not have the time to do that any more hence I am back at 190.
Is there any exercise that I can do to minimize my belly fat and inner thigh fat. I have larger thighs to begin with so I am not sure what to do so that I minimize fat, and size, yet tone up.
I am willing to do whatever need be done minus going to the gym everyday as my school and work schedule does not permit it. Thanks

hi in eighteen years old and since graduating from high school, ive gained a bout 15-20 lbs because im not so active anymore and am not participating in sports, ive recently started excercizing again but unfortuatly i cant seem to get rid of the stubborn fat on my inner thighs. hello I have naturally big legs. I want to tone my bottom half, but not look skinny. I want to have a rounder firmer butt and tone my thighs and legs up where I carry most of my weight. Hi Adrian - first of all LOVE your website. I've forwarded it on to a couple of people for further insight. Second, I have a thigh problem. I have skinny muscular legs and thighs, however at the very top of my inner thigh, there are two pockets of fat that makes my legs touch. It's gross. Are there any exercises I can do to target those fat pockets?

that is probably just muscle you are talking about but I do understand it can be some minimal fat there so in that case...
