Like many, the exercises you provide will only partially work the lower abs with the latter part of the rep working the hip flexors.
Tip - Limit how far you raise your legs back and drop them towards the floor - feet should come back no further than level with your head, and back towards the ground with your legs bent and so only your toes touch the floor.
As mentioned, pulling your legs further back past your head and straightening out your legs will work your hip flexor and possibly be quite painful as more pressure is put on the joints.
