Listen. I'm tewelve and I've had enough of being out pf shape. I go to different sports camps and I attened every conditioning practice our team has had. I eat right tale vitamins and try to do five reps of your ugh... Oh your six pack for beginners workout every night 20-24 reps a night. I'm five foot ten and one hundred twenty five lbs.
Supline bicycle 50-100 reps 3-4 times 3 times a week. Look it up prob the most effective ab work out. You can find a example easily on the internet.

i have been doing these exercises for about a week now and i can already see my abs shaping. i do these exercise everynight on 50 reps each exercise, should i keep on doing them every night or increase the number of reps?

here's the thing...
if you feel like you can do it more than that then what you're doing now is NO GOOD for you.
go here and pick an exercise that is intense enough to make you only want to do it 1-to-3 times a week

doing it too much like that will actually make them weaker since you are not giving your abs time to rest and get stronger

I'm 13 and i have been doing all these ab exercises i see online for 2 hrs a day every day for a month and my lower back really hurts even when i stop doing the exercise. I still dont see any improvement in my abs but i want them to be flat like heidi montag. i ve heard caffiene pills and running help a lot to flatten ur abs. has n e one heard if that works?
Okaii u are 13 right?, well ur not quite in the age to do so much workout, I would recommend doing 4 sets of 13 sit ups 3 times a week, I reccomend starting the strong workouts when you reach the age of 16, you see working out too much at such an early age will get u strong and muscular, but it will stop u from growing, now u don't wanna be muscular but stay short I mean the ladies will like the muscle but they won't care because u will be too short.

find a ab exercise here that will challange you for 8-12 reps for 4 sets

im 17 and im 6'2 so i have a 4 pack and i eat healthy and i want a 8 pack i do 100 sit ups everyday and its not working so i was wouldering if this workout would realy work?????..
