Thank you. I know in order to see my newly developed ab muscles, I must 1st burn off the fat around my mid section. In addition to reducing my calorie intake, what is the best cardio/fat burning exercise I can do to burn fat the quickest (other than running)?

Lisa | 04.28.09 - 6:12 am

Lisa,

This'll help you pass the push test

Adrian Bryant | 04.21.09 - 8:34 pm

I am in the military and I have to do 40 'correct' push-ups in 1 minute to pass my fitness test. I am skinny and have really skinny arms. I hardly have any upper body strength. I can barely do correct 'female' push-ups. I think I have to strengthen my shoulders, back and arms, but do not know how. Which exercises can I do that I can see results in the quickest time possible to help me pass the push-up portion of my upcoming test? Thank you, Adrian

Lisa | 04.21.09 - 2:19 pm

Myles S,

Yolanda,

Being that I'm not a therapist - the best i can do is advise you to Look at all the ab exercise videos here and then show these to a therapist and ask their opinion on what will or will not stress your back and...

Since you will ultimately be the best judge of this yourself- you may want to cautiously try these exercises and see for yourself which are safe and...

These flat ab exercises MIGHT be the safest for you

#41
I was diagnosed with scoliosis and had 2 back surgeries. My curve was last measured at 85% which is part of the reason for my belly fat or bulge, as I am not over weight. Strengthening my ab muscles, I know, will decrease my back pain; however, my choice of excerise is important. Which ab exercise will cause the least strain on my back and give the most results?

I am not over weight, but I have some belly fat. What is the time frame before seeing results?

Yolanda | 09.24.08 - 5:06 pm

PIRLANTAA,

I'm not an expert on soft or hard skin but FAT IS FAT and you'll lose or gain it the same as everybody else and Go here to lose belly fat

#39
I have a very soft skin, and a LOT of poeple say soft skin is harder to loose when it comes to fat. Would this technic still work for me though? Would I see results soon time? I tried it today, but with a little change. Although, I still felt the little pressure on my lower abs.

thanks

PIRLANTAA | 09.10.08 - 9:25 pm

You can do differnet ab exercises to help bring out your six pack

Thank you...thank you......thank you........i have been looking for this forever! I am a 43 year old woman with five children...i am happy with my overall weight...i weigh 136lbs and i am 5'8....however i had a baby later in life (36) and ever since i have been fighting to lose that belly fat under my belly button. My first four children were all born naturally and all before i was 26 years old and all weighed an average of 8lbs. My first was at 21 the second at 24 and a set of twins at 26.....and just when i thought i was done we got a surprise and i delivered a daughter at 36 by c-section...it was actually very easy for me to bounce back after the first four children and i never had that baby pouch after.....i guess after my last child i was older and i did have the c-section so what did i really expect....smile. Anyway i am starting this routine today and am excited to begin.....than you again for making this so simple......no machines....no expensive tapes/books/cd's.....no crazy crap.....just plain simple facts........i will keep you advised of the results.........wish me luck
