When I first saw Tae-Bo on QVC or HSN (I don't know which one my mom was watching at the time)... My first thought was this was another silly gimmick.
I thought there's no way a few jabs and kicks can blast off fat and tone up your body.My mom thought
Tae-Bo would and she (against my better
judgment) got the tae-bo tapes and In two short weeks...
She had already lost 8 lbs, but I was still thinking this was a gimmick
and then one day of course as the story goes... I tried
Tae-Bo for myself.
My mom asked me to do
Tae-Bo with her and I got hooked. I didn't
get hooked because it gave me good results...
I got hooked at first to
Tae-Bo because it was fun and then I became
even more hooked as I noticed some new definition in my arms, legs, and
midsection. I consider myself to be in good shape but after my first
session of tae-bo I was sore in muscles I never knew I had.
The only bad thing about
Tae-Bo is after doing the same fun workout over
and over again... It stops being fun. So in order to keep the fun going...
You have to get more
Tae-Bo videos and to solve this problem...
Billy blanks (creator of Tae-Bo) offers a plan where you can get a new workout
sent to you every 3 weeks to start a fresh new fat-burning Tae-Bo workout.
Billy Blanks has both Basic & Advanced Tae-Bo workouts and he also has an
8-mintue Tae-Bo workout (its really 13 minutes if you count the warm-up
and cool down.
I think if Tae-Bo can get a certified couch
potato like my mom
to lose over 40 lbs. in 3 months...
I'm sure Tae-Bo can help you get a great-looking body
